Mike, a small monster, dreams of becoming a scarer at Monsters Inc. while attending Monsters University. He joins the misfit fraternity Oozma Kappa, who have great integrity, in an attempt to sabotage the games against the elite fraternity Roar Omega Roar. The film shows Mike and Sulley's friendship develop as they work to achieve their dream of becoming scarers.
