Satchi	is	a	Global	technology	manager	with	extensive	technology,	
leadership	and	management	experience.		His	range	of	experience	
includes:	SAP	and	Oracle	EBS	implementations,	Data	Migration,	
Development,	Solution	Architecture,	Operational	IT/Business	integration
Ø Prior	to	joining	Commercial	Metals	Company,	Satchi	has	served	in	multiple	Consulting	and	
Information	Technology	manager	roles	for	companies	that	include	GE,	EDS	(acquired	by	HP),	ITC	
Infotech,	7-Eleven,	ITC	India,	and	iGate (acquired	by	Capgemini).
Ø Over	30	years	of	experience	in	delivering	systems	and	transformation	projects	in	North	America,	
United	Kingdom,	Australia	and	India.	His	industry	expertise	covers	manufacturing,	supply	chain	and	
retailing.	He	has	a	Bachelor’s	Degree	in	Engineering	and	a	Master’s	Degree	in	Computer	Science	
from	Indian	Institute	of	Science,	Bangalore,	ranked	as	India's	#1 institution	overall.
Ø In	his	current	role,	Satchi	is	responsible	for	systems	integration,	architecture	and	software	
development	for	the	International	Marketing	and	Distribution	business	across	US,	EMEA	and	APAC.	
He	is	also	working	with	the	Central	Shared	Services	Group	to	streamline	the	Master	Data	
Management	and	Integration.
Ø Satchi	is	passionate	about	delivering	efficient	business	solutions	which	maximize	the	value	to	the	
business	by	focusing	on	business	facing	IT	services	and	leveraging	on	new	developments	in	
technology.

Paolo Saibene
Paola	Saibene	has	an	extraordinary	background	that	blends	multiple	areas	of	
technology	ranging	from	programming	and	architecture	to	cyber	security	and	risk	
management,	and	folding	them	into	her	efforts	in	digital	transformation	and	
innovation.	Her	dual	masters	degrees	in	psychology	and	linguistics	are	leveraged	
in	her	digitalization	approach	to	the	enterprise.
Paola	has	been	CIO/CTO	four	times	for	multi-billion	dollar	organizations,	serving	
both	in	the	public	and	the	private	sector.	She	blends	sustainability	methodologies	
within	ecosystems	strategies	to	maximize	efforts	and	reduce	cost. Presently	she	
works	at	Flowserve	corporation,	leading	the	data	privacy	and	data	protection	
initiatives.
