customer satisfaction, but consumer love for PCs in general is down,
accordingtoanewAmericanCustomerSatisfactionIndexreport.
» TheACSI'sHouseholdApplianceandElectronicsReport2013measuredthe
satisfaction levels for personal computers (including desktops, laptops, and
tablets)basedoninterviewswithmorethan2,700customers.

and desktops, which earned 79 points each. PC devices in general saw a
1.3%declineinsatisfactionfromlastyear,withatotalscoreof79.
