McArthurGlen is a retail landlord with villages across Europe. They wanted to better track customers and quantify the success of marketing events at their Roermond, Netherlands village. They implemented a solution using scanners and different invitation campaigns to scan customers. This provided detailed reporting on customer numbers, times, and campaign performance. It allowed for re-targeting customers and improved oversight of the VIP events.
