Highly motivated and experienced logistics professional who has strictly adhering to the delivery schedule and proven record of deliveries to the right project, right time at right shipping cost. Noor is organized, process driven, and has the ability to deveop efficent logistics procedures. He has handled multiple projects sucessfully through to completion with his well planning, organizing and implementing new strategies.

He is strong decision making professional; manage the department efficiently. 1. For the country as a whole, an individual who earns P21,938 a year is not considered poor. That's P1,828 a month or P60.10 a day.
2. For the country as a whole, a family of 5 earning P9,141 a month or P300 a day is not considered poor.
3. For NCR, an individual who earns P25,034 a year is not considered poor. That's P2,086 a month or P68.58 a day.
4. For the country as a whole, a family of 5 earning P10,430 a month or P342 a day is not considered poor.
5. For the country as a whole, a food budget of P41.05 a day for an individual or P209.26 for a family of 5 is enough to satisfy a menu (determined by government) that will constitute 2,000 kilocalories and satisfy 80% of all nutritional requirements.
6. The equivalent figures are P47.90 for individuals in NCR and P239.48 for a family of 5
7. The region with the highest cost of living based on the poverty statistics is NCR.
8. The province with the highest cost of living based on the poverty threshold is Batanes.
9. The region with the lowest poverty incidence is NCR at 4.5% Only 4.5% of NCR residents are poor.
10. The region with the highest poverty incidence is ARMM at 53.4%
11. 8 out of the 10 least poor provinces are in NCR (divided into four districts) or are adjacent to NCR.
12. 8 out of the 10 poorest provinces are in Mindanao.
