MoP background M anagement  o f  P ortfolios OGC MoP ®  guidance was first published by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in 2010.  Qualification scheme will become available in 2011 Aimed at the decision makers who have to prioritise investment across an organisation's programmes and projects.  Introduces the key concepts of portfolio management, its benefits to an organisation, how it fits in with current business processes and how to get started.  Programmes and Projects focus on implementing Change in the ‘right’ way; Portfolio Management is about choosing the right Change in order to realise the agreed Strategic Objectives.
