This study develops a healthy organic instant soup for working mothers in Ilocos Norte using horseradish, sweet potato, and shrimp, focusing on quick preparation. It aims to identify product challenges, nutritious ingredients, and assess the soup's accessibility in terms of nutritive value, taste, and appearance. The study, conducted from August to December 2024 with 30 working mothers, will utilize R&D methodology to analyze findings that inform the soup's development.
