This document summarizes a proposed study to develop a healthy and organic instant soup for working mothers in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The soup will be made from organic horseradish, sweet potato, and shrimp. A total of 30 working mothers will evaluate the developed product on taste, appearance, texture, and aroma. The study aims to determine the quality of the product and identify the level of acceptability among working mothers in Ilocos Norte.

as the nature of the study will employ the input-process-output (IPO)
model.
• To identify the prevalent issues, problems, and challenges encountered by
working mother in preparing soup and will be subjected to analysis.

12. • Will comprise of 30 working mothers in Ilocos Norte.

13. • Will utilize a researcher-made questionnaire composed of two
parts: (1) personal information about the respondents;
• (2) problems encountered by the respondents in the preparing
instant soup.

be verified by the panel.
