Email is a method for exchanging digital messages from a sender to one or more recipients. It requires an internet connection and an email account from a provider like Gmail or Yahoo. To access an email account, a user enters their email address and password in a browser. The homepage then displays options like compose, inbox, sent messages, and more. To send an email, a user enters the recipient's address, a subject, message, and clicks send. To read a received email, a user clicks on the inbox and then the email they wish to open.
