Mission statement
Our mission is to make people feel satisfied and relief on their businesses and
help them to run businesses faster in modern society.
Explanation
What we are going to do in our mission is to increase our products follow the
customers’ demand, also, every products must be sturdy and durable to make
customers feel strongly stable and believe that problems will not happen during their
business are running. Moreover, all the ways supporting customer service need to be
quick to solve when unexpected issues occurred. That is a reason customer can feel
secure on our company. Instead, it is very important to keep updating our products by
the way thinking all the time to find the new to fill the customers’ desire. In short, we
seriously keep facing with competitions all the time to adjust the modern style in
modern society.
Motivation
By my experience on how to motivate employees, I focus on human desire. I
have noted that people work for salary and high-salary is a main purpose of them. In
face, all people need money to support their everyday life; for example, eating,
fashion, travelling, making own party and everything they want. Therefore, what I
have to motivate them first is cash by the way paying to employees according to the
number of items they produce in a set period of time- piece-rate pay, so theymight be
encouraged to work hard and maximize their productivity which is a big good
motivation of Taylor’ motivation theory I have done research some days ago.
Nonetheless, people also need time to rest or do something that they wish,
accordingly if I give an available space of time to them that is a well motivation too,
that mean only money is not enough. According to my real life, sometime I think a
little bit strange that I work for my own reasons and I do not work only for money, for
instance, I have a heavy favorite with computer programming so if I just can work in
a company which I can use my skill programming to do for, I will definitely be happy
and ready to work hard. In summary, I motivate my workers mainly by money, then
give time to them for relax and finally I will always observe their activities to find the
reasons to make them happy because when they got what they want they probably
work hard to answer my wish. Finally, I hope that I will can chose good employees
like diligent people or good listeners.
