Introduction
 In this work motivated employees will be taken into account, it will
be seen that a Company that has inspired employees can perform
better because they aim to work in the best way. Also why they get
inspired with their work and motivated to take the Company´s mision
and porpouse as their own.
Purpose
In my proyect, i try to identify the important of motivating
employees, but no only in terms of salary, there are different ways to
do it, such as praising them after they do a good job or mentioning
that they have potencial in what they do. Also make know that a
very important point within the companies is that they are united to
carry out the work correctly.
Research, question and objectives
In my research on motivating employees I mainly tried to touch on
how to inspire employees to do their jobs with a good attitude. This is
of great importance for everyone within a company because it will
begin to grow thanks to the contribution of each person.
When we touch on this topic we should ask ourselves:
• Why is important to motivate employees?
• In what benefit the workers who are willing to work in the best way.
Explanation of the project
 Is not esay to get employees inspiered, and there are some preliminary
steps to follow. The basis is satisfaction, for this there are some fundamental
elements, such as having a safe work environment and the necessary and
adequate tools to carry out the tasks. Once this is achieved, you have to
go to the next level: commitment.
 An employee committed to the company is one who feels part of an
extraordinary team, feels that they are learning and growing and that,
thanks to their work, they can achieve a real impact. Getting this right is
very important, as this employee will be much more productive than one
who is simply satisfied with their work. However, it is worth going one step
further and reaching for inspiration. An inspired
employee takes the company's mission and
purpose as their own.
We have already seen the importance of spiring workers, but how to achieve it?
Many managers believe that the main element to create inspiration is salary: by
paying employees more, they will be more inspired to do their best. However, this is
not always the case and there are other elements that also come into play.
Another widely held belief is that low bureaucracy and employee autonomy help
create, engagement and inspiration. It is true that if people are constantly faced
with unnecessary meetings, slow approval processes and routine obstacles, it is
difficult for them to be satisfied. However, these elements alone do not give the
desired results either.
To create inspiration in employees, the most important thing is to have leaders
capable of inspiring. Many directors are capable of achieving good results in
numbers, but very few have mastered the art of inspirational leadership. In this way,
they are unable to guide their team members to their full potential, build and lead
extraordinary teams, or connect their subordinates to the company's mission and
purpose.
However, inspirational leadership can be taught and learned. By working oon
his ability too inspire his employees, a leader can make them feel the misión
and puspose of the company as their own and, therefore, give their best in their
work. This is the key to the highest productivity and the best results.
Methodology
To carry out the work i looked for information and images on the
internet about the subject, i looked for the most related one and
chose it. I was reading between 2 different pages and what seemed
to me the most important related to the subject was what I was
copying.
Findings
 It was interesting for me to read that there are worker who make a much effort
as a good boss to give the best to the Company and to succeed. Since it is
usually enough for many to carry out their work until they are slightly satisfied.
 In the same way that motivating employees depends not only on money, but
also on words that inspireothers to strive.
Conclusions
What I managed to learn after this investigation is that the most
important thing within a company I to have a good environment in
which employees feel comfortable when performing their task or with
the simple fact of being present in the company. For this, the example
has to be given from the highest positions, but the must important thing
is that they should not think that they can motivate everyone only with
a good salary, motivating verbally is a fundamental factor.

 I am grateful to Valuexperience community manager who focuses in a very
specific way on the subject and gave me very useful information and also
my mother, because she was giving me some tips and ideas to realize my
homework.

For the exam i realized the investigation on my computer using powerpoint

  • 1. Bilingual Vista Alegre School Student: Aldair Cedeño Grade: 11ºE Subject: Business Accounting Teacher: Israel Torres Topic: Motivating Employees
  • 2. Introduction  In this work motivated employees will be taken into account, it will be seen that a Company that has inspired employees can perform better because they aim to work in the best way. Also why they get inspired with their work and motivated to take the Company´s mision and porpouse as their own.
  • 3. Purpose In my proyect, i try to identify the important of motivating employees, but no only in terms of salary, there are different ways to do it, such as praising them after they do a good job or mentioning that they have potencial in what they do. Also make know that a very important point within the companies is that they are united to carry out the work correctly.
  • 4. Research, question and objectives In my research on motivating employees I mainly tried to touch on how to inspire employees to do their jobs with a good attitude. This is of great importance for everyone within a company because it will begin to grow thanks to the contribution of each person. When we touch on this topic we should ask ourselves: • Why is important to motivate employees? • In what benefit the workers who are willing to work in the best way.
  • 5. Explanation of the project  Is not esay to get employees inspiered, and there are some preliminary steps to follow. The basis is satisfaction, for this there are some fundamental elements, such as having a safe work environment and the necessary and adequate tools to carry out the tasks. Once this is achieved, you have to go to the next level: commitment.  An employee committed to the company is one who feels part of an extraordinary team, feels that they are learning and growing and that, thanks to their work, they can achieve a real impact. Getting this right is very important, as this employee will be much more productive than one who is simply satisfied with their work. However, it is worth going one step further and reaching for inspiration. An inspired employee takes the company's mission and purpose as their own.
  • 6. We have already seen the importance of spiring workers, but how to achieve it? Many managers believe that the main element to create inspiration is salary: by paying employees more, they will be more inspired to do their best. However, this is not always the case and there are other elements that also come into play. Another widely held belief is that low bureaucracy and employee autonomy help create, engagement and inspiration. It is true that if people are constantly faced with unnecessary meetings, slow approval processes and routine obstacles, it is difficult for them to be satisfied. However, these elements alone do not give the desired results either. To create inspiration in employees, the most important thing is to have leaders capable of inspiring. Many directors are capable of achieving good results in numbers, but very few have mastered the art of inspirational leadership. In this way, they are unable to guide their team members to their full potential, build and lead extraordinary teams, or connect their subordinates to the company's mission and purpose.
  • 7. However, inspirational leadership can be taught and learned. By working oon his ability too inspire his employees, a leader can make them feel the misión and puspose of the company as their own and, therefore, give their best in their work. This is the key to the highest productivity and the best results.
  • 8. Methodology To carry out the work i looked for information and images on the internet about the subject, i looked for the most related one and chose it. I was reading between 2 different pages and what seemed to me the most important related to the subject was what I was copying.
  • 9. Findings  It was interesting for me to read that there are worker who make a much effort as a good boss to give the best to the Company and to succeed. Since it is usually enough for many to carry out their work until they are slightly satisfied.  In the same way that motivating employees depends not only on money, but also on words that inspireothers to strive.
  • 10. Conclusions What I managed to learn after this investigation is that the most important thing within a company I to have a good environment in which employees feel comfortable when performing their task or with the simple fact of being present in the company. For this, the example has to be given from the highest positions, but the must important thing is that they should not think that they can motivate everyone only with a good salary, motivating verbally is a fundamental factor.
  • 11. Special thanks  I am grateful to Valuexperience community manager who focuses in a very specific way on the subject and gave me very useful information and also my mother, because she was giving me some tips and ideas to realize my homework.
  • 12. Resources For the exam i realized the investigation on my computer using powerpoint and searching on the Intrenet. I also took pictures related to the topic.
