This document contains an assessment called the MIS Assessment that is used to identify a person's dominant intelligences. It contains 40 statements that are rated on a scale of 1 to 3. The scores for each statement are then tallied according to 8 categories of intelligence. The person taking the assessment, Denise Hawkes, tallied the highest in Visual/Spatial and Interpersonal intelligence, and the second highest in Intrapersonal intelligence. The MIS Assessment helps identify a person's strengths based on Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences.
