It includes 40 statements to rate on a scale of 1 to 3, with scores tallied in different intelligence categories. The assessment is based on Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. The individual taking this assessment would rate each statement, tally the scores, and identify their top 3 intelligences based on the results.
