MINUTES OF THE MEETING
(November 24, 2023, FRIDAY)

I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:30 PM.
II. Attendance
The attendance was checked. The meeting was attended by 26 parents including Mrs.
Cabusao
III. Agenda
1. Classroom rules (fine) School Rules and Regulations.
a. Every student must wear the correct uniform upon entry at school. They can use
the P.E. on the scheduled day for the day they spend at school.
b. Every student is expected to wear ID at all times inside and outside the school for
their identity.
c. Male students are required to get a new haircut every first Monday of every
month. The haircut should be "student or Barber's cut" to look decent. "Square
back" haircuts, long bangs, pulled-out looks, baldness and hair coloring are
prohibited for both men and women.
d. Ear piercing is prohibited for men and more than one piercing per ear for women.
2. Absences and Tardiness of Students.
a. When the student is absent from the class or cutting class a parent or guardian
must accompany them to get an "Admission Slip."
b. Parents or guardians will come to school during the adviser's free time to get
an admission slip.
c. Parents or guardians are allowed to send a letter or message (chat) to inform
the teacher of the reason for their child's absence. But they can still be invited
to the school if necessary.
d. Parents or guardians can send a letter of request if their child is allowed to go
home earlier than the set home time. Students will receive gate pass from
their adviser.
e. Students who are repeatedly absent, cutting class and late despite repeated
reminders by the teacher may be referred to the guidance counselor.
f. Students who have more than 10 absences shall be considered as LARDO
(Learner’s At-Risk of Dropping Out) and be included in the monitoring and
intervention program.
2. g. LARDOs shall secure admission slip from the guidance counselor on the next
absences.
3. Student Discipline.
The following are prohibited activities inside the school:
1. Fighting.
2. Intimidation or threats.
3. Joining a Fraternity or Sorority.
4. Cursing or using bad words.
5. Disrespecting teachers, fellow students, school staff and even the Philippine flag
especially while raising and lowering it.
6. Public Display of Affection (PDA) such as holding hands, necking, petting,
hugging and kissing.
7. Going or hanging out in places that are not allowed during class time.
8. Intentional destruction of school equipment.
9. Theft.
10. Cheating in any form.
11. Gambling.
12. Smoking.
13. Bringing and consuming alcohol inside the school.
14. Vandalism.
15. Carrying anything offensive or deadly.
16. Leading or participating in illegal activities that are harmful to the class or any
meeting.
17. Any other violation similar to the above.
