2. Take a moment
to sit comfortably
and close your
eyes

3. No matter
how many thoughts
racing around your mind

4. No matter
how the body is feeling

5. Take a long deep inhale
through the nose

6. Exhale through the mouth

7. Taking in fresh air,
Lungs expanding,
Breath out.

8. Letting go of stress
in the body,
in the mind,
and relax.

9. One more deep
inhale through nose
and out through the
mouth

10. Take a moment to pause

11. Allow thoughts to
come and go

12. Rub your palms and
apply it gently to
your eyes.
Slowly open your
eyes
