“There are people who don't like capitalism,
and people who don't like PCs. But there's
no-one who likes the PC who doesn't like
Microsoft.” - Gates
Bill Gates
“Microsoft will always be an important part of
my life’s work and I will continue to be
engaged with Satya and the technical
leadership to help shape the vision and
achieve the company’s ambitious goals. I feel
more optimistic than ever about the progress
the company is making.” - Gates
Satya Nadella
“Technologies will come and go, so you need
to be able to both ask and answer the
question: What do you do as a company, why
do you exist?” - Nadella

Microsoft Azure
If you visit a website,
there’s a good chance
that it’s running on
Microsoft Azure.
Microsoft continues to grow and set
the bar high enough to remain
dominant in the marketplace even if
the technologies and opportunities
keep on evolving.
Everyone, in one-
way-or-another, is
using a Microsoft
product.
“A computer on every desk and in every home. “
Four decades ago, Microsoft
Founders Bill Gates and Paul
Allen set the ambitious goal of
putting a PC on every desk and in
every home. Forty years later that
goal has been largely realized.
Computers
Changed Our
World
PCs and Windows have become the fundamental tools that have
helped authors write best sellers, artists create masterpieces,
musicians craft music, social service and volunteer organizations
monitor resources, manufacturers optimize production, banks power
ATMs and much more. Their integration in almost every part of
our lives has changed our world.
