Microgreens are packed with nutrients like potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper. They can be grown at home in 4 easy steps: 1) Use a plastic container as the container, 2) Fill 1/4 of the container with soil, 3) Place seeds like sunflower, radish, cabbage or broccoli on top of the soil, and 4) Cover the seeds with a 1/4 to 1/2 inch of soil and water lightly. The microgreens take 10-15 days to grow.
