disadvantaged
HOWEVER
multiple issues might arise with this

- People may assume that the company hires ALL disadvantaged. However,
job interviews are still conducted to ensure that they are suitable for the

cannot get a job because they are not disadvantaged

- Changi Business Park, does adopt quite a lot of CSR to improve mainly on
social causes around its community and area.
- Mostly donations, fundraisings and social involvement
- Leaving a positive impression to the society and other corporations
- (BUT) in reference to CSR activities to the environment, they are really
lacking.
Conclusion:
Changi Business Park might be able to gain more awareness and partners if they become
more active in CSRs that would concern the environment. Moreover, their social influence
to the community is quite strong. With proper management of money and resources,
Changi Business Park can prolong and strengthen their CSR initiative impacts.
