• Define a Product Vision & Philosophy
• Staff, inspire, mobilize, align, synchronize all the Teams & people who are going to contribute
• Explore, test, refine, fail, learn, pivot, reloop like the good Start-Up and keep this spirit even during the implementation (phase 2)
Key points: because a Program is more complex than a Project, you have to always go back to the basics: the Agile Manifesto, the
Toyota Lean Values, the Lean Startup principles. Keep in mind more the Philosophy, the Values than the tools.
