PROCESS AND PRESSUREVESSELS Detail engineering, finite element analysis, procurement and manufacturing of a large range of pressure vessels, knock out drums, reactors, towers, columns, steam drums, brine heaters, depressurization vessels, pressure parts for heat recovery steam generators and complete process modules. State-of-the-art welding technologies are adopted while using cladded, duplex, low alloy, incoloy, monel materials, and for any thick vessels. CHEMICAL INJECTION PACKAGES We offer Chemical Injection Packages that are not only custom-made, but feature unsurpassed reliability and quality. We develop skids and packages that comply with both customer specifications and international standards (such as ASME, API, and ATEX). We perform all the activities in house, from the concept to detail engineering, from the first weld to FAT. Every action is being done with sophisticated software’s and expert hands. LAUNCHERS AND RECEIVERS We design and manufacture pig launchers and pig traps according to international pipe line and vessel code standards such as ASME VIII, BS 5500 & ASME B 31.3, B 31.4, B 31.8 etc. Our production range varies from ø 3” to ø 56”with ANSI ratings of #150 to #2500 using carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel materials. SHUTDOWN AND MAINTENANCE METALFAB got dedicated team for shutdown and maintenance activates. We have successfully completed yearly maintenance for DUBAL in 2015, and have done prestigious shutdown jobs for Fujairah Power Company and other leading clients in UAE. METERING SKIDS As a complete package supplier, METALFAB doesn’t limit its responsibility to only custody transfer metering skids but we also offer offshore metering solutions for separator, injection, flare, overboard, offloading, tank storage, import and other required metering points. Based on project requirements, these solutions can be configured as full equipped skids, meter runs or even loose flow meters. We design and build custom pipeline metering skids for a wide range of fluids and gases. MSM AND MANIFOLD SKIDS METALFAB design and manufacture oil and gas manifold systems that are capable of diverting oil/gas without interrupting flow. Typically, these are operated to control flow lines from a separator to a burner (for disposal) and towards tanks for measurement or storage. These systems are also able to seamlessly divert flow in order to isolate test equipment for calibration or other purposes. METALFAB fabricate these skid mounted or designed according to client specific requirements integrated with E&I systems.
