OmbakSynergy range of steel piping products is very extensive, and is sourced only
from carefully selected manufacturers. We supply pipe, fittings, flanges, bar, valves
and many other piping products in any size or grade you might require. Our inventories
contain the widest selection of Low Temp, High Yield and High Temp Carbon Steels, to
Low Alloy, Stainless, Duplex, Super Duplex Steels and Nickel Alloys.
All stock materials are ordered with enhanced purchasing specifications covering the
most critical applications. In addition to products with standard dimensions, we also
keep a large inventory of forgings and semi-finished products for any specialized
requirement or made-to measure product you might need. Our in-house production
facilities provide quick turn-around times, even for products with tight tolerances. And
if the solution cannot be found from our stock, OmbakSynergy have a large number of
reputable supply partners who reserve production capacity for us to fulfil special
requirements.

Our dedicated Quality Control team monitors all steps in the supply chain. All incoming
and outgoing products are subjected to stringent checks according to our ISO 9001
procedures. When further destructive and/or non-destructive tests are required, our
QC department will manage any additional testing. We have daily contract with
independent laboratories for destructive and non-destructive testing; in-house
inspections are a daily routine for us. Upon your request, all tests can be witnessed by
surveyors of Third Party Inspection bodies like Lloyd's, BV, DNS or TUV.

7. Pipe bends by induction
Our High Frequency Induction Bend has been highly rated and has gained
confidence by customers in the field of power plant, offshore & onshore plant,
petrochemical, shipbuilding, oil and gas pipe line, architecture and construction with
solid quality assurance through our specialized control and advanced technology. In
particular, for those materials of carbon steel, stainless steel, high alloy steel and other
special steel material that can be supplied as High Quality Bends.
Advantages of Induction Pipe Bending are:
 Quality of surface finish is better than fire bending and cold bending.
 In some cases multiple and compound bends can be produced from a single
length of straight pipe without the need for butt welding.
 No internal support required.
 Process eliminates the need for welded or mechanical joints between bends,
giving the finished pipe work a high level of integrity.
 Bending times are considerably shorter than other methods, therefore making it
more cost efficient.
 Ensure that bend pipes retained its structural quality.
