Project Time Management defines the process requires
to manage the timely completion of the project
Network Diagram
• Network Diagram is interconnect of all activities in the project
• Sequence the activities & prepare Network Diagram
• It is useful for planning and tracking the project from beginning to finish
• It helps to find out Project Critical Path
• A good network diagram will be a clear graphic representation of
a project

Critical Path Method

Critical Path
•In a network diagram, the longest path from start to finish.
•Shortest time in which the project can be completed
•A delay in one of the critical path activities will delay the entire project
•Put more resources to complete those activities in the critical path

It is a bar chart that illustrates a project schedule
