This document provides specifications and information for Top Coat, a two-part epoxy coating that can be applied to commercial freezers, shipping floors, ramps, loading docks, decks, parking garages, chemical tank pads, foundations, and steps. It is available in various colors in 4-gallon kits for glossy or non-slip finishes. The coating has a Shore D hardness of 68, tensile strength of 2705 psi, 11% tensile elongation, and bonds well to concrete. It is self-leveling with low odor and is chemical resistant and flexible. Curing times vary depending on temperature.
