3. SAFETY INSIDE A MEGA
FACTORY
 No one allowed inside the factory without wearing primary
safety equipment's.
 Electronic devices like camera, mobile phone, music player,
watches are not allowed inside any shop.
 Each and every person should be aware of the facts that
they should be aware of their movements inside the
assembly area.
 Wearing loose garments(i.e.-tie) is not allowed.

 Paint shop is the highest energy consuming part of the
factory.
 It alone consumes 75 % of total energy consumed by
whole plant.
 It is a 3-4 days process.

 After final touch up each car are subjected to pass all quality tests.
 Quality check includes several test like engine performance,
emission test, body paint, all lights and electric appliances.

18. ROAD TEST
 This is ultimate test for any vehicle how it performs on the road.
 The track includes a ¼mile straight away where drivers reach the
car to top speeds.
 This test also checks the working of the acceleration, braking and
suspension system.
