2. Profile of P.Prem Nath
Prem Nath is a Prosecutor by profession holds a Degree in Law
with Post Graduation in Public Administration and Post Graduate
Diploma in Criminology and Police Administration. At present he works as an
Sr. Gr.Assistant Public Prosecutor in, Palakkad
He was PEVP JCI India, PND (Mgt.&Trg.),PSG of ISC
He has conducted 1000 plus training programs for various Governmental and
Non Governmental, Non Profit organisations on Leadership and Legal Topics. He
is also the Master Trainer on AHT of MHA, New Delhi
He is one of the International Head Trainer of JCI University, US, Guest Faculty of
IMG, Kerala, Kerala Police, RPF, Forest ,Social Justice Dept., Child line, KELSA,
etc. Presented papers at the Conference of International Association of
Prosecutors at Switzerland, Dubai, Netherlands, Indonesia, Taipei and Korea and
also visited Singapore, Srilanka, Hongkong & Malaysia and conducted Programs.
He has participated in the UNODC Expert Group Meeting for Prosecutors at
Bangkok on” Violence against Women & Girls”
Prem Nath is the Secretary of VISWAS, an organisation to support victims of
crime, abuse of power and right violation

15. N P’s Visit – Guidelines
• 1.N P’s visit to legions shall be fixed sufficiently early in
consultation with National President / National Secretariat.
• 2. Beside Seniors and Seniorettes, sister clubs,
representatives and prominent citizens of the locality may
be invited to this function
• 3. There shall be no other Chief Guest / Guest of Honor at
the function
• 4. Bio Data of National President may be collected in
advance and a senior deputed for introduction.
• 5. Care should be taken to ensure that the N P’s scroll is
displayed in front of N P’s seat. (Consult EA to N P)
• 6. Care should be taken that the meeting begins at the
appointed time
• 7. Food habits & hospitality of National President should
be taken care properly.
