This is our film treatment put into a pitch for our media class- it has information on our idea for our 2-min opening and also why we have chosen to do what we've done.

- 5. Within our film we see a stereotype established. The girl within the water represents the typical beautiful, young stereotype of a teenager. With her white dress representing purity and innocence within the minds of youth.
- 6. However, this is challenged when we the situation she is in. This opening challenges the stereotype of young girls whilst also raising issues around the safety of young woman, many woman are targeted due to their sex, this is not a very talked about topic within the film industry due to the fact woman are very much sexualised within films as objects of beauty. Therefore this girl is more than she seems, we wanted to challenge how the audience see her within out film
