- 2. OUR COMPANY Our company name is Unify. We have all worked together at as a team, but have split some rolls at times to get the work load completed more effectively. Cameron and Daisy have been working on writing the scripts Will has been doing audio research and finding the right music to go in the background of our adverts.
- 3. TREATMENT Sixth Form Advert • Male voice talking about how good the sixth form is and saying why the student should opt to go there. We will also include facts and figures about our sixth form. • Male voice to talk throughout • Our target audience is students in year 10/11, and their parents, both genders. They will be a B on the NRS scale because Ringwood is a predominantly a middle-class area. They will be an aspirers on the 4Cs scale. • Our target audience will want to come to Ringwood sixth form because they all want to go to a good sixth form. • We are going to record on the school sight in a quiet meeting room. • We are going to do our radio advert on a budget and borrow equipment so we don't have to spend any money. Lower School Advert • Female voice talking about why parents should choose Ringwood as the secondary school to send their child to. • We want to use a female voice because our target audience is mothers as they're most likely to be the ones finding the right school for their child. Same as for the sixth form advert they will be a B on the NRS scale because Ringwood is a predominantly a middle-class area and they will be an aspirers on the 4Cs scale. • This advert will appeal to our target audience because it will include facts and figures that will encourage the parents to send their child to Ringwood School. • We are going to record on the school sight in a quiet meeting room. • We are going to do our radio advert on a budget and borrow equipment so we don't have to spend any money.
- 4. SIXTH-FORM SCRIPT I didn’t know what I was going to do after my GCSE’s. I thought about maybe going to college but there was none that sparked my interest enough. Then I heard about Ringwood School and everything changed. With a 99% A level pass rate I knew I was making the right choice. I got the A Levels grades I’d always dreamed of and am now in the role of a life time at my dream job. I couldn’t be happier. MUM Ok just coming,[in a soft voice] if you want your child to have an incredible secondary education at a school, that is renowned for its curricular and extra-curricular subjects then come to Ringwood schools open evening, on the 4th of October 2019, look on the Ringwood school website for more information about this amazing opportunity for your child. Help them have a bright start to an even brighter future.
- 5. EQUIPMENT/ACTORS We are going to use the equipment in the radio studio at school to save money. We need a male actor played by Will Female actor played by Daisy A child actor played by Cameron
- 6. CONTINGENCY PLAN If we can’t use the school radio recording studio we will borrow some media equipment and find a quiet room to record in where we can’t be disturbed. We will make sure that not all the equipment is booked out, so if it came to it we could still use it. We will also make sure that there are other people available for the acting rolls if someone drops out and can no longer do it for us. We will use other people in our class if this happens.
- 7. ADHEARING TO CODES OF CONDUCT We will make sure to use music that isn’t copyrighted We will make sure that we don’t say anything rude or offensive We will make sure to get permission for any equipment or location that we use We will make sure to not use false references or slander We will make sure than anyone we hire gets treated with respect
