This document is a media questionnaire for research on a final film production. It asks respondents for their gender and age, aspirations, favorite thriller sub-genre and film including the genre, how often they watch films and how, how often they watch TV, the most important element of a thriller film, what attracts them to a film, if horror/thriller films need gore to grab attention, and if a thriller needs to grab the audience in the opening scene to keep watching. The questionnaire collects demographic information and film preferences through multiple choice and short answer questions.
