Definition/meaning
1. Attribution: The process of person’s entity assigned to a related family members or
entity for ownership purpose.
2. Communication: The expression or exchange of information by speech, writing,
gestures or conduct. It is also the process of bringing an idea to another’s perception
and the information so expressed or exchanged.
3. Constitution: The fundamental and organic law of a State that establishes the
institutions and apparatus of Government, defines the scope of governmental sovereign
powers, and guarantees individual civil rights and civil liberties.
4. Crisis: Crisis means a legal principle exempting a person from the ordinary standard of
reasonable care if that person acted instinctively to meet a sudden and urgent need for
aid.
5. Cycle of deprivation: The process of taking away or removal.
6. Deprivation: The term deprivation means the act of taking away. Deprivation has
another meaning. Such as: withholding something, the state of being without something
wanting, removal or degradation for office.
7. Development: Development means process of increase. It can be freedom mediated
process or average income which is related to broadening and enlarging the choice of
one in the society enjoying the equal rights and access to every spare and lead life in a
way a person owns and values. It includes from the exclusion and extinct distress,
destitution and deprivation and un-freedom.
8. Equality: Equality means being equal. It is fairness and impartiality.
9. Justice: The term ‘Justice” comes from the Latin word “Jus” that means legal right and
system of power to a right than a statute.
10. Political affiliation: The pattern of the political affiliation to a political party depicts a
dynamic changing scenario depending upon the changes in the political party in power
and other associated political changes. It identifies knowledgeable persons in locality
involving them in a affiliated body and persons around them with specific activities that
related to politics and social interactions with the persons in area/s. It may not mean
official affiliation of the person with a specific political party. It is a united force to form
matters of principles as electoral alliances. It introduces basic citizenship rights
protecting deprivation and discrimination under contemporary individual group/s.

11. Politics: Relating to conduct of the Government/State which confirms the doctrines.
12. Protection: Protection is a broad term for activities aimed at obtaining full respect for the
rights of all individuals in accordance with international law, including international
humanitarian, human rights and refugee law, regardless of their age, gender or social,
ethnic, national, religious or other background.
13. Religion: A system of faith and worship usually involving belief in a supreme being and
usually containing a moral or ethical code
14. Religious values: The Bill of rights that values system of worship recognized and
practiced by a particular determination
15. Secular: It is spiritual term that affiliated no particular religion or do not belong to a
particular religious domination.
16. Value: The estimation of particular thing or entity which determine the rate applied or
record the name of occupier
17. Violence: Infringement of others rights with force both physical and psychological
