Hired by CC Pace to assist farm credit banks analyze their mortgage origination and servicing systems
technology and determine possible replacement solutions to better align with current legal and
compliance mandates. Assignment included a detailed mapping and gap analysis of the current
environment with a specific focus on gaps in current regulatory compliance rules for mortgage servicing.
Process included interviews with internal and external users of current systems, interviews of internal
technical support resources, analysis of current available vendor products and interviews with Top
Management. Project concluded.

Executive Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer
Joined two other partners to raise money through private equity to form a mortgage entity whose mission
was to purchase and service performing and non-performing mortgage asset pools. As one of the
founders I assisted the company in creating strategic sub-servicing relationships with the GSE’s as well as
a number of large public and smaller private investors. With a hand picked Team helped create all
infrastructure for Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance.
The company was sold to American Capital Mortgage, Inc. (MTGE) November 27, 2013. MTGE’s
strategy was to grow the company through the bid and purchase of performing MSR pools as well as
create a loan retention origination platform. MTGE changed strategy in 2015 and decided to exit the
mortgage space, again placing RCS up for sale. RCS was sold in an asset sale to Ditech in November
2015. As EVP/CAO of RCS I worked with our Executive Team to create and execute a transition and
shut-down plan for the company as a result of the sale. Additionally I worked with Ditech’s management
team to place and transition 125 RCS employees into jobs at Ditech. At its peak RCS employed over 350
staff plus 75 off-shore resources though a third party relationship and managed over $18 Billion in
mortgage assets,
My responsibilities at RCS included directing all Information Technology functions including building
and decommissioning our data centers, Application Development, Project Management, Vendor
Management, Quality Control, Regulatory Compliance, Human resources and facilities. As a Senior
Executive I have been a driver, moving the company forward, exploring new technology innovations and

Performed management consulting services for CC Pace, a mortgage industry consultancy service. Main
client was Macquarie Mortgages, Inc., Memphis, TN (a subsidiary of Macquarie Inc., Sydney, Australia).
Macquarie migrated to a new sub-servicing vendor (from DMI to GMACM). This engagement was to
assist and support Macquarie in defining all new operational processes and assist them with their project.
The engagement was a two month project from June 15 to August 15.

Executive Vice President, Director, Corporate Strategies
Responsible for Information Technology including two data centers, 30 satellite locations and 150 IT
professionals. Saxon consisted of $25 Billion in assets, 160,000 loan portfolio and 1400 employees,
nationwide.
• Led the successful management and deployment of all strategic corporate level initiatives to bring
process improvement, employee head savings and overall lower cost of operations system wide.
• Reported directly to the CEO and participated in the Executive Committee that made all major
decisions toward planning and strategy for the company.
• Formed and participated on team which moved Saxon from a C Corp to a Real Estate Investment
Trust.
• Managed the Loan Production re-engineering study using CC Pace.
