MC 2  – Formation Milestones MC 2  Management Consultants was originally formed in 1999 under the Emprasaria Group banner to provide Executive Search and Selection Services to the Construction Industry in the UK and the Middle East MC 2  Management Consulting opened offices in Hatfield, Durham, Birmingham and Dubai.  On August 1st 2004 – MC 2  Management Consulting formed a Contract Recruitment Division called Fast Track to focus on Oil, Gas, Energy and Steel Manufacturing.  In 2005 Fast Track became known as MC 2  Technical Recruitment with major accounts developed with many ‘blue chip’ clients. In 2005 MC 2  Technical Recruitment placed a specialist recruitment consultant within the offices of Bureau Veritas in Aberdeen to assist with a new contract award and recruited over 40 engineers for the TOTAL EM&I North Sea Contract.

In 2006 MC 2  Management Consulting and MC 2  Technical Recruitment separated – with MC 2  Technical Recruitment Ltd forming in Jan 2006. MC 2  Training Solutions Limited became a subsidiary of MC 2  Technical Recruitment Ltd in 2008. MC 2  Technical Recruitment Limited developed major new accounts with CB&I, Foster Wheeler, Whessoe, Advantica and Bureau Veritas increasing its annual turnover to £10,000,000+ within 2 years.  Alan Gibbin, Alan Gregory and Paul McQuade joined the board of directors and purchased MC 2  Technical Recruitment Ltd on 1st July 2009 and commenced re positioning, promoting and developing the company’s services into a Global market place.
