MB-FESCO Trans (for shorter MBFT) was established in
December 2004 by FESCO Transportation Group – the Leading Russian private
transportation & logistics group providing full range of logistics solutions.
May 2010 is creating of the Joint Venture (51% of shares MITSUI Co. / 49% - FESCO) with Leading
Japanese Trade Company Mitsui & Co., Ltd. to set up the new sphere of activities –
warehousing and 3PL business.

9. QIWI Ltd. Mitsui & Co., Ltd. has agreed to take a capital interest in QIWI Limited and has acquired QIWI's
shares under a share acquisition contract signed on December 20. Mitsui & Co. Ltd. holds 3.3% shares of the
Company.
10. Stami Metal Service Center LLC. In June 2010 Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Russia's largest independent steel
trading company, Steel Industrial Company ("SIC"), executed a joint venture agreement to establish a steel
processing center Stami LLC for construction related products, Mitsui’s participation – 49%.

Federal service
MBFT is operating with 39 owned and leased modern trucks. Own fleet is represented by
Volvo, MAN, IVECO vehicles and KRONE containers chassis.
Transportation service via Target regions of Russia: Central, Volga, North-West and South
Federal Districts. Unique Moscow local door-to-door service by containers.
All road trains are 6*2 wheels scheme, equipped with powerful engines and combined
with containers chassis for 20’, 40’, refrigerators, tank and oversized cargoes
transportation.
MBFT road trains are suit to the EURO 5 standard and working in accordance with AETR
(European Agreement Concerning the Work of Crews of Vehicles Engaged in
International Road Transport).
MBFT controlling and dispatches 24-hours every road train movements by GPS/Glonass
equipment.
MBFT is cooperating with more than 20 reliable subcontractors-haulers with total fleet
more than 150 trucks.

MBFT has the status of Exclusive Road Logistics operator by FESCO Transportation

by MBFT.
