3. REVIEWING DELIVERABLES
Sites agree to offer no less than 4 courses
per year, per intervention.
Sites agree to meet participant target goals
of 15 new participants for each course
offered.
Marketing outside your facility.
Use community resources to attract folks that
don’t already have an exercise routine.
Encourage word-of-mouth, offer incentives for
this form of marketing.
Think outside the box – people of all ages can
have arthritis.
4. REVIEWING DELIVERABLES
Following initial AFEP &/or WWE
instructor training, it is mandatory to meet
the following requirements in order to
attain and keep certification:
Teach a minimum of 1 class per week for 6 weeks
within 6 months of training.
Mail certification application to Katie at the Arthritis
Foundation.
Instructors must be CPR certified. (AFEP)
Once certified, Instructors must teach at least one
class series per year.
