4. • Data Submitted Quarterly via the MT file transfer site:
http://transfer.mt.gov/
• Files should be named: ReachReport_[CSID]_[date submitted].xls
• New Report Each Quarter including:
• All Leaders
• All ongoing courses
• Courses STARTED during reporting period
• All NEW participants
• Participants with NEW data
• If you have participants that started a course (on-going or not) BEFORE
March 31 but they will not complete the course until AFTER April 1 → enter
their participant information into the data file for submission on April 1 and
enter the rest of their information (attendance, physical activity tracking,
and pre- and post-tests) in the NEXT data file to be submitted on July 1.
5. • First, save complete quarter 1 data file for your records
• Then, go to File → Save As and change the file name to be
quarter 2 data file, click ‘Save’. This will copy the complete
quarter 1 data file to a NEW file.
• In the new quarter 2 file delete data for courses that were
started in quarter 1 (excluding on-going courses) and data for
all participants who COMPLETED their course in quarter 1 and
should have complete data that was already submitted.
• Now you can start adding new quarter 2 data to the file and
build on the incomplete participant information that was copied
over from quarter 1.
