This document summarizes a housing invention project from 2015. It describes an apartment building with prefabricated components for quick construction. The apartments lack private outdoor spaces, so a common indoor space was created with a 13-story greenhouse offering city views. This space has hanging nets and green walls for relaxing. Housing facilities and parking are in the basement. Individual units can be combined to create larger spaces adapted over time to residents' needs through movable interior and exterior panels. The building traps heat from the sun through large south-facing windows and vegetated walls to reduce energy consumption. It aims to provide quality housing for many in a limited area and encourage community through common spaces.
