Mattel Inc
Mattel, Inc: Vendor Operations in Asia
小组成员:葛晔韬、李如妍、陈嘉、黎健兴、马迪
Introduction Mattel is a leading company in the toy industry created in 1945, which owns a number
of iconic toys and renowned brands. Mattel differentiate between core and non–core products,
manufacturing its core products in–house and outsourcing non–core products. And core products
include Barbie, Hot Wheels products, selective Disney and Fisher Price lines, while non–core
products tended to be promotional items, or toys with short life cycles. Currently, Mattel wholly
owned manufacturing facilities in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mexico, and Italy. It also has a
subsidiary–VOA, which manages its outsourced production. In the year 1997, Mattel merged its
second ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Maybe this demand may be satisfied by the OVA' vendors in the short–term, but by 2001, the total
demand of the tow series will rise 80M, merely below a medium class factory (100M capacity) .So
in a long–term vision, it is sensible to build a new plant. The only problem is to select a best
location. Relying on VOA's vendors to meet the increasing demand is not sensible. The barrier to
entry of VOA's vendors is extreme high ($10M–30M), so I think it makes sense to assume that the
capacity of these vendors may remain stable or grow in a stable increase rate in the near future. So
the increasing demand would mainly depend on a new plant or capacity expansion of current plants.
A possible solution to this case We suggest that Mattel go ahead with the plant in Guangzhou,
building a medium class factory (100M capacity) to satisfy the demand in the next 4 years. The
Guangzhou location was aligned with Mattel's overall strategy for die–cast cars, it supported
Mattel's diversified portfolio of operations, and it remained a cost–competitive option even after the
currency shift. There are a few reasons to support this decision:
1. In 1998, Penang is able to boost production to 144M cars(20% annually increase rate), covering
most of the Hot Wheels demand(169M). The rest of Hot Wheels cars can be outsourced and then
shipped to Penang to be assorted. Bangkok and Shanghai continue to meet the MB demand in 1998
since MB's slightly demand rise.

Descriptive Accident
We were going down the road and we hear a Bang, Crash, Ting and all of the sudden the truck dies
and the lights go out we were so confused and worried. It was a beautiful day, probably about 78
and sunny, at the time I was around the age of 8 but we were going to town to pick up some
groceries and parts for his new truck that he had just bought which was a 1992 dodge w250 for
some reason I really liked that truck, it had a beautiful sparkly blue paint job on the bottom and a
bright but dull grey on the top, it had a diesel engine with the 5.9 cummins, and aftermarket rims
and tires. Ever since he bought it, it has been my dream to own it anyhow when we got to the story
he told me that I could pick out a toy which was cool because he never bought me toys when we
went to the store. I picked out a Ben 10 alien watch that you could pretend to change into different
things. When we got out of the grocery store I would say it was about 11am so we went on over to
Napa to pick up the parts for his new truck, it needed new ball joints, wheel bearing, leaf springs and
a u–joint for the drive shaft, this all sounds like a lot of work, time, and money but it was all pretty
simple parts to install. When we were done at Napa picking up all the parts we headed home to
bring back the groceries and start installing some of the parts, but of course we had to have a snack
first so my dad made us both a ham sandwich with some nacho cheese Doritos and a coca cola.
My dad handed me the keys

Essay on How To Wash A Car
How to wash a car
There is many different ways to wash a car, but here is the correct way that generally works for the
majority of people. Washing a car thoroughly takes five different steps to complete a clean exterior.
Step1: Wheels are a good place to start, because the cleaning products for wheels work best on dry
surfaces. Spray on the solution as directed by the instructions, and see if the dirt and dust is
removed. Use a little more spray in bad areas to help get the wheels completely clean. Try and get
all road grime and grease off of the wheels. Use a soft brush to clean cracks and crevices on the
wheels, but don't scrub too hard. If you have alloy wheels, make sure that the cleaner is safe for the
clear coat that may be on it. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Next fill the bucket with the recommended ratio of water and soap. Using hot water will affect the
cars wax so be sure to use cool water. Don't use more soap than the instructions say to use, because
more soap removes more wax. If possible use less soap to help save your car.
Step4: Since there's more dirt on a car's sides and panels, use two plans. First, work from top to
bottom of the car. Secondly, switch to a separate mitt or towel when getting to the bottom of the car,
where there are dirtier areas. Switching to different mitts or towels keeps scratches to a minimum
that is why it is important to do so. Thoroughly wet down the section of the car about to be washed,
and dunk the cleaning mitt or soft cotton towel into the soap bucket. Wipe gently cleaning the roof,
hood, and trunk of the car. Make sure to dunk the mitt or towel frequently, and shake it in the soap
bucket to let the grime wash out. Rinse each surface after it's been washed by lightly misting it off
with the hose. Rinsing as you finish washing is very important. Don't wash a section and then leave
it to wash another section this is very bad practice. The dirty soap can dry on the surface of the car,
and then you're back where you started!
Step5: Dry the surfaces of the car in the same order that you washed them. Move the towels around
gently not to scratch anything. Take a clean cotton towel or chamois and lay it on the surface to blot
up the water. Switch

Driving And Driving Substances : The Dangers Of Driving
I've learned that driving under the influence of any substance is very dangerous. Not only to myself,
but to the people around me. Many lives have been lost due to people taking/drinking things that
have messed with their state of mind, and have gotten behind the wheel. Doing this will affect my
present and future, and I'm well aware of this. Alcohol will change my mental judgement for
example, I may think that I am driving normally when truly I am not. Eventually the police may take
notice and I could be charged with a DUI/DWI, but this is the best case scenario. In another I could
have injured myself or taken an innocents person's life. That's why being responsible and always
being aware of what you're doing is so important. You never know what could end up happening,
and these kind of stuff will stay on my record. So in the future one bad mistake could end up ruining
the rest of my life.
Using these kind of substances (like drugs) is no way to go, because not only do you become
addicted but you also stop being who you are. The need for the substance overcomes everything else
and that at the end becomes your priority, instead of the things that actually matter in life. Not only
does it do that but it can also kill you. After using any kind of substance the substance controls you,
you no longer control it. So when you take it you're not aware of your surroundings, it messes with
your brain and in most cases damages it. This is why drugs are truly bad and that's why you should
stay away from them, and any paths that could lead you into it.
Alcohol is just as bad as drugs. Many think it is a way to loosen up and have fun, but do not know
how to limit themselves to how much they drink when doing so. When you are of age there are
many ways to drink safe and not abuse of alcohol to where you are always sloshed and do not know
what's happening. Alcohol changes the way you act and feel so, when drinking you may realize that
you aren't acting the same, but you may think you're fine. That's when bad decision making starts to
happen, like getting behind the wheel and causing you to get into a car accident possibly killing
yourself and anyone in the car with you, or in other cases the people in the car you hit. Which

Personal Narrative : The Experience Of Driving
The roads were icy. I stared out of the car window as my mother drove me to the DMV. I was
blinded by the glistening, white snow that formed a blanket over the quickly passing horizon. Once
we arrived, someone came over right away to administer my test. I was asked a few questions about
my car and how it worked. I was able to produce the answers with ease. The driving portion was
brief. I was behind the wheel for a maximum of ten minutes. I passed the test. In that moment, I was
overcome with a feeling of relief. I thought I was invincible; freedom was finally mine. (1) I took
any excuse I could be out exercising my newfound freedom the next few days. I could drive where I
wanted, whenever I wanted, with whoever I wanted. I drove everywhere. I could stay out as late as I
wanted. I did not have to rely on my parents anymore for rides, waiting for them, fifteen minutes
late because they had other places to be. I began to become overconfident in my driving abilities;
nonetheless, independence can be lost just as quickly as it is gained. (2) Three days after I obtained
my license, my mother asked me to drive her car to take my younger sister, Ali, to the store. I
decided to pick up my best friend, Sophia, because I did not want my first passenger to solely be my
annoying, eleven–year–old sister. On my way to the store, I was confident I knew the directions;
however, along the way, I made a wrong turn and was lost. My heart was racing. I had spent my
years in the passenger seat

Speech On Car Enthusiast
Three honks. Ready, set, go. The moment every car enthusiast dreams of at night. Chances are you
might not even know what a car enthusiast is. Some say it's your average car guy that likes to stare
at cars and talk about cars all day long, but there's much more too it. See, you can't be the average
person to be a car enthusiast. The average person may see an old car at a junkyard and just think
well, it's just another piece of junk. Too a car enthusiast he sees a piece of art. He or she witnesses
something they can build and make into something truly special.
Sunday mornings, with the sun shining through your garage window, as sweat drips down your face
and gets into your eyes. Grease on your hands, spending time with your'e car and what your making
it become. That's what a car enthusiast fenes for. Spending time with your pops, problem solving,
working hard together and bonding. Or maybe you're with some of your buddies who are also into
cars. Teaming up too break nuts loose, or putting the car back together to witness the end result of
what you all accomplished. It's all an art form, and to the average person it just sounds like hard
work, and they're right it is. Therefore for us car guys, it's something much more than that.
To you reading this you may hate the loud cars you hear going down the street ever so often. It may
be obnoxious and too much for you and that's perfectly alright. A gear head on the other hand, loves
the sounds of turbos making whooshing noises

chemistry exam and get it done with. This was my exam the final material that was being marked
and it was weight thirty percent of my mark. This test can make a huge impact on my overall mark. I
studied very hard throughout the week but I still felt like I wasn't prepared. This test seemed almost
impossible; it was almost like that one moment when I was young. Two wheels seemed impossible
to me back then. I dont want to ride my bike anymore, I don't have to learn how to use my bike. I'm
scared, what if I sprain my ankle again. I remember these thoughts rushing in my head when I was
young. It was summer break and all the kids in my apartment where outside playing. I remember
wanting to go outside to play, but I saw kids outside using bikes. I was very subconsious of riding
my bike since I wasn't able to use it without training wheels. At the time I thought they we think I
was a baby because I didn't know how to ride my bike on two wheels. Even though I was nervous I
didn't want to be the one by himself with no bike, so i decided to go outside with my bike on
training wheels. As soon as I came outside and biked my way to the kids. Two of the kids there
commented on my bike, the two kids were Micheal and Derek. Micheal and Derek were not my

Personal Narrative: Growing Up With An Engine
Growing up in the United States I had an instant love for cars and anything with an engine. I have
had these interests since a very young age. The kind of things I grew up around have a lot to do with
why I have such an addiction for speed and adrenaline. Ever since I was a little boy racing has been
a part of me. I love the competitiveness of it and the adrenaline that I get every time I pull up to the
staging line; I really just love everything about it. I have always loved the smell of burnt race gas
and the sound of a built big–block screaming down the track. Ever since I can remember as far as
my memory goes back I remember being there at the track every weekend watching my dad and his
friend's race. I can remember barely being old enough ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is my dads pride and joy that he has had and started building since he was 18 years old. It has a
fully forge3d blueprinted 482 cubic inch Chevrolet big block with a huge custom grind cam shaft
and two stages of nitrous on it capable of producing around 1200 hp. Even when he used to take me
out in it as a kid he would turn off the bottle but yet on motor alone this car makes a little over 900
hp. To put that into perspective that's like 9 of your Honda civics. The power is delivered to the
ground via a 2–speed power–glide transmission. It has a full back halved 4–link suspension set up
with a narrowed 12" rear end with 4:56 gears. The tires for the back are literally so big we had to
custom make the wheel wells in the bed fit around them and had to fabricate all of that. This is
where my love of cars and racing comes from. But it is so much more than that. It is a huge part of
peoples lives, some people like sports, the others like to race cars. It is a part of some people and
their whole culture and life. Go to any race track on a race night and look around at the people the
racers and their excited family supporting them; it is just a sense of home to me that some people
may never understand. There are a very large number of people who love to do it or see it racing is
one of the most popular American hobbies. It is special too because not just anybody can do it. You

All Hot Wheels toys are fun to play with, and the Hiway Hauler series is one of the most
entertaining options. They look just like the freight trucks on the highway, and they are slightly
taller than most other Hot Wheels cars. These limited edition diecast trucks are a great addition to
any collection. Choose from a wide variety of Hiway Haulers with special options. For example, the
wheels on the blue Sponge Bob themed Hauler spin individually. On other options, the trunks and
doors open up as well, giving the look of a real truck. Many of the special edition options are

A Hot Wheels RLC truck glides over built tracks and loops with ease. If you collect multiple trucks
in the series, you can test them against each other. Get Flintstones and AC/DC semis, set up some
racing ramps, and see which one crosses the finish line first. The Haulers are slightly heavier than
other Hot Wheels lines, so they tend to win in racing games against other cars. The Hiway Hauler
series has been around since the 1980s, and Hot Wheels is still issuing new versions today.
Originally designed by Larry Wood, one of the most beloved Hot Wheels designers, the appearance
of Hiway Haulers is truly remarkable. They are notable for being one of the first semi castings to
have an extra axle and a separate freight box. The decision to change the old design and add intricate
details makes them look completely realistic. Hot Wheels' brand reputation for making fun toys and
beautiful collectibles is upheld by the Hiway Hauler series. You can confidently show off a limited

The surroundings just seem to be whipping by while going 125 on the freeway. When going that fast
it's almost a guarantee that everyone else on the freeway is paying attention to you. Knowing that it

also make anyone feel alive. Being able to sit back and take a deep breath of the fresh air that's

The first important characteristic of a vehicle is one that can get people's attention. If someone is

Descriptive Essay On Driving
Riding with my older sister, Alex, when she first started driving was terrifying. The car swerved and
jerked as she sped down the highway. Sitting in the backseat, my eyes were constantly wide with
fear, and I often found myself gripping the handle on the door until my knuckles turned white.
Whenever a car approached, my heart began to beat rapidly out of fear that she would hit it.
However when my other sister, Emily, started driving, I enjoyed riding with her. She drove the speed
limit and rarely swerved out of the lines. I could calmly sit in the backseat with my hands lying in
my lap, my heart at ease. It is amazing how two sister who went to the same driving class with the
same instructor could have such different parking skills, levels of distraction, and driving styles.
Emily is by far a better driver than Alex. One way Emily and Alex are different drivers are their
parking skills. Alex hastily parks, but Emily slowly and precisely parks. For example, Alex hurriedly
pulls into the biggest parking spot available, frequently parking crookedly and taking up two spots.
However, Emily carefully maneuvers her car into parking spots and will pull in and out to ensure
she is within the lines. Whenever Alex, Emily, and I went to highschool football games, we usually
arrived late and most parking spots had already been taken. Alex drove down countless blocks
scanning the streets for the largest and easiest spot to park in town; she always chose to walk four or
five blocks in blistering cold to get to the game rather than attempting to parallel park. On the other
hand, Emily always tried finding the spot closest to the football field even if it meant squeezing into
a tight spot or parallel parking.
In addition to parking differently, Alex and Emily are also opposites when it comes to distracted
driving. Alex is a distracted driver, but Emily is not. Whenever Alex drives, she is always
multitasking, fixing her makeup, eating, and messing with the radio. However, Emily only wants to
focus on the road when she is behind the wheel. For example, Alex did not like taking the time to sit
down and eat breakfast at home before school. Instead, she ate her breakfast while she was driving,
bringing her full smoothie cup

Personal Experience In High School
I was dodging students like I was a car and they were the deer that had just been caught in
headlights. Running fast, as if my name had all of the sudden been changed to none other than Usain

By the time I had gotten to my new school, everyone had already formed their clicks from their

see a stream of motor oil draining out of the oil tank. Allow this process to occur for 5–10 minutes
and make sure the oil is going into the oil pan. This is the most annoying part of the entire procedure
because sometimes things can get messy. Also look for the oil filter and twist in open. We are going
to replace it with a new one in our next step.
6. Check in after 10 minutes, if you don?t see anymore oil dripping out, screw the nut back in tightly
and also screw on the new oil filter. Using a little bit of motor oil on the rubber gasket will ensure a
tight fit.
7. You are now almost done; make sure you have pulled everything out of the bottom of the car.
Now release the jack and let the car slowly come down to the surface. Open the oil cap and pour in
the quarts of motor oil into the oil tank. The amount is specified in the owner?s manual. Close the
oil cap and proceed to start your car. Shut the car off;

Essay on Changing a Flat Tire
Changing a Flat Tire The following steps are the safest way to change a flat tire. If you received a
flat tire while driving down the road; first thing to do is to get away from oncoming traffic; at that
time, find a place that is well lit, such as a parking lot. Keep in mind the farther you drive on a flat
tire, the more damage you will incur to the tire and wheel. Secondly, set the parking brake so that
the car does not roll away while the car is off the ground. Then, you have to locate your spare tire,
which will replace the flat tire; that is usually in a compartment inside the trunk. The spare tire is
secured in place by a bolt or a bracket that unscrews easily. In addition to the spare tire, you will
need a jack to raise the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
You will have to turn the lug nuts counter clockwise to loosen them. Do not remove the lug nuts all
the way off the threaded shaft. Next, to get the wheel off the car, you have to raise the corner of the
car where the flat is located.
Therefore, you will raise the jack so that it almost touches the car. Once the jack is raised enough to
just touch the car; position the jack so that it is not tilted; furthermore, make sure the jack is 6 – 12
inches behind the front or rear of the tire. When you are sure the jack is in position correctly;
proceed by raising the jack, so that the car will rise off the ground. Remember you need to fit a fully
inflated tire in place of the flat; therefore, make sure you jack the car up enough to get a fully
inflated tire under there. Once you have the car off the ground; go ahead and remove the lug nuts
with your hand. Now, grasp the wheel at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock and pull the wheel straight off.
Place the flat tire in the trunk; otherwise, it will be in the way while you are working. You will then,
pick up the spare tire and line up the holes with the threaded shafts; then slide the spare tire onto the
threaded shafts. Next, you will spin the lug nuts on by hand; indeed, you have to turn the lug nuts
clockwise to tighten them.
Tighten the lug nuts as much as you can with your hands. Now you can lower the jack;

Should The Legal Age Of Driving Be Twenty?
Should the legal age of driving be sixteen? No, I don't believe that a sixteen–year–old needs a
license. I believe that the minimum age should be seventeen and that a teen still shouldn't be able to
drive after eight at night. There are more wrecks with injuries or even deaths that involve teens than
that of non–teens. The reason that I believe that it is correct is because that you constantly are
hearing that there has been a wreck and more often than not it is involving a teen driver. Sometimes
it's because the teen was reaching for something, talking on the phone, distracted by someone in the
car, or drunk driving. In 2015, AAA released a report into the causes of teen crashes and the report is
as follows: "interacting with one or more passengers at 15 percent, cell phone use at 12 percent,
looking at something in the vehicle, 10 percent, looking at something outside the vehicle, 9 percent,
singing/moving to music 8 percent, grooming 6 percent, and reaching for an object 6 percent." Teen
driving has drastically improved since the seventies. But is it really enough of an improvement to let
a teen behind the wheel? I don't think so, in the seventies, there weren't as many distractions as there
is now. Back then teens were held to a higher accountability than they are now. Kids nowadays get
behind the wheel with no other thought or regard to others. They just know that they can come and
go as they please. Not all parents are as strict with their kids as they were

Donny. James was alone with Donny. When Donny came out of the room, James pretended that he
didn't hear anything, but Donny didn't trust him and knew that James had heard the conversation. He
treated James to hit him with a baseball bat. James tried to convince Donny not to hit him. And
promised Donny that he wouldn't say anything to the police. But Donny did not calm but even got
more aggressive. But James didn't give up. In self–defense he grabbed a few billiard balls he saw

My Memories Of My Life
At the moment of impact, my mind and body were immediately paralyzed by fear. A million
thoughts rushed through my head. Did this really just happen? Was I seriously injured? Were the
people in the other car injured? I can vaguely remember two men walking up to my car and asking if
I was okay. I was moving my mouth to speak, but the words just would not come out. Apparently, I
was in a state of shock. That Sunday morning turned out to be one of the hottest days of the summer.
I so enjoyed the time spent with my cousins and granddad, that the heat was the furthest thing from
my mind. It had been way too long between visits and I tried to savor every last moment. With
school starting in just a few weeks, I knew it would be quite some time before we could get together
again. We stretched the day as long as we could, but eventually it was time for us to say our
goodbyes. As I got into my beloved white Honda CR–V and buckled my seatbelt, I texted my
parents as I always do to let them know I was on the way home. My dad quickly texted back, giving
me the usual lecture about driving safely and observing the speed limit on Peachtree Industrial
Boulevard, which recently reduced to 40 miles per hour and was always swarming with cops. I
acknowledged my dad as I always did and I assured him I would be careful. I drove the usual route
along Moore Road and as I turned onto Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, I heard my dad's voice in
the back of my head reminding me to pay attention to

Then it was left in the sun to dry. The goal was to bend the wood into a V shape. After bending six
pieces of wood they were glued together. Leather and rope was also used to hold the wooden V's to
each other. The spokes were composed of two halves, this would form a hexagonal star. While most
wheels consisted of four pieces of wood bent into V's the Egyptians developed the six V wheels.
This was not as strong but was faster and lighter. Which proved to be more efficient in the sandy
lands. While the chariots were not in used the wheels were removed because the weight of the
chariot would bend them into ovals. The process of creating the chariot took much longer than the
wheels. They would use light but strong wood on the platform and sometimes leather. The sides
were then composed of wooden bars and wrapped in leather and stucco. This would make the outer
rim strong and able to resist and arrow. Like the modern car today the chariot had an axle that
connected it to the horse and the chariot. It was attached to a wooden plate in between the two
horses. The axle attached the horse was similar to a trailer hit today. It was attached to a ball
allowing it to swivel and move. Allowing the chariot to turn and adjust to uneven land faster. It also
reduces the stress on the horses. It was not a simple as just buying a chariot and use it forever
without problems. No, this is not a toyota corolla and it will not last until your grandchildren roll

"I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU FOR HOURS" she yells back at Nick. She can feel her face
turning red but she's not sure if it's from the cold of the outside or the anger brewing in her stomach.
He told her that he would meet her. He promised.
"Come on get in the car. Its freezing out here. I'll tell you on the way." he retorts, clearly not as
bothered by the situation as she is.
Nick begins to walk back to the car, a with an almost unnoticeable skip in his step. She hesitates for
only a moment, staring at an icy, dirty snowbank thinking "should i really follow him?" before
wordlessly following on his heels.

her car is on the road once again. It bobs between the yellow and white lines for a several moments

she manages to regain control of the car she begins to frantically search for Nick, calling out into the
night. "Nick! NICK!" she screams repeatedly, her voice quickly becoming hoarse with each
impactful cry. Her eyes scan the sides of the road, opposed to the center in her moment of madness
thinking that it was possible for him to abandon her mid drive. She is startled by a raging flash of

Hot Wheels Report
Car thieves continue to do their work despite a significant increase in security systems and GPS
technologies that can help thwart or track stolen vehicles. However, it is the older models that are
more routinely stolen either for a lack of security apparatus or due to the value of the parts once the
vehicles have been dismembered.
Last week, the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) released its annual list of the 10 most
stolen vehicles in the United States. The yearly "Hot Wheels" report is based on data supplied to the
NICB by law enforcement and includes state specific information based on make, model, and model
year.
Help Me Honda
By far, the two most purloined vehicles were the Honda Accord (51,290) and the Honda Civic
(43,936). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
One model that hasn't been produced in well over a decade, the Plymouth Voyager, accounted for
162 thefts. The greatest number of those models stolen were from the 1999 model year.
Hot Wheels: Easy Pickings
Most of the stolen models date to the 1990s with Accords, Camrys and Civics of that era especially
desirable to thieves. However, advanced technologies are making it harder for thieves to steal cars,
thus the number of newer vehicles stolen has been falling sharply.
Yet, thieves will grab a new car if they can. The NICB also tracked the top 10 2014 model year
vehicles and found that 964 Ford F Series pickup trucks were stolen, followed by the Toyota Camry
(869), Ford Fusion (819), the Chevrolet Impala (746) and the Nissan Altima (687).
Other 2014 models that were targeted in greater numbers included the Dodge Charger, Toyota
Corolla, Chevrolet Cruze, and the Ford Focus. The NICB also included a scooter/moped made by
the Taotao Industry Co. with the statistics, as some 592 units were

Hot Wheels Race Off
If you have played a Hot Wheels game before, then you probably know what to expect from Hot
Wheels: Race Off. Available on Android and iOS, this game is a cartoonish take on the racing genre,
with vehicles and tracks that deny the laws of physics and gravity. You will be pitted against a single
opponent in its many tracks in a match race against the clock. With that said, is it safe to say that this
game is a must–download? Let's find out.
Probably the element that stands out most in Hot Wheels: Race Off is its presentation aspects. The
graphics, sound effects, and audio tracks are provide an outstanding racing atmosphere. With that
said, it doesn't go for a realistic look, like games such as the Need for Speed franchise and Asphalt.

The controls are relatively simple: the accelerator is on the left bottom side of the screen, while the
right bottom part hosts the brakes. However, the game is quite difficult, despite the easy controls.
You need to make sure that your vehicle stays stable and upright, especially when you are
performing mid–air stunts. Landing your vehicle wrong will cause you to start over and perhaps lose
the race. Note that there is also a rating system: if it's already difficult to finish a race, obtaining a
three–star rating is much more arduous. There is a steep learning curve and a lot to get used to, but
after a few games, you will be able to seamlessly control your car.
In Hot Wheels: Race Off, you will be able to upgrade and purchase new vehicles. After each race,
you will earn coins used to enhance your car's stats. From time to time, you will also earn free gems,
which is the game's premium currency. There are ads in the game, and you have the option to watch
them or not. Doing the former will let you earn twice as many gems.
Overall, Hot Wheels: Race Off is a fantastic but difficult racing game. It will take a lot of getting
used to due to its difficulty which in turn may make it hard to get into. Regardless, it is
recommended anyone who loves mobile racing and challenging games. Try it out and see if race

The Driving Of Car Cars
"It's all fun and games till someone gets hurt," is something I have heard constantly ever since my
hot wheel days. Now as I have grown into a young adult cars are something I eat, breath, and dream
about cars. As I got older, I constantly am modifying and making sure my car is always clean as
glass. I enjoy being around cars, there is always the jeopardies of being a car enthusiast are always
being annoyingly cautious of cars, having constant money issues, and also getting into trouble.
First, one problem that is facing most car guys is that they are on top of the actions that happen near
their car. Car guys are constantly cleaning their car. When passing by one there is a tendency of
seeing them hold on to a microfiber towel and detailer spray to keep their cars clean. In my case,
you will never seem without my Chemical Guy quick detailer in my hand, making sure my car
shines as bright as it can possibly. Next, car guys always tend to park ridiculously. They will always
take up more than one space just so that no one ever mess up their paint jobs. Even when parking on
a sidewalk, they try to stay away from the curb so they don't scratch the rims that they have. I have
an issue with my car being too low and always either scraping the bottom of my car or even my
rims. Finally, they always have a trend of giving people dirty looks. When they see someone or to
get something close to their car they start to have a mini heart attack and rush as fast as they can to
make sure the

The During Battle And The War Wars
From the beginning of time, war has been used to conquer lands, establish order, enforce rules and
settle disagreements. Over time, war tactics have progressed and become more organized and
efficient in accomplishing the goal of defeating the enemy. There are thousands of advances in
strategies used during battle and the war wars are fought are have constantly changed. Looking back
to when organized war truly began many distinct, and commonly used, improvements can be seen.
Such as, chariots, hoplites, phalanxes, war elephants, and siege engines. Humans have always been

The walls of the chariot, or the "box," were generally leather with a lightweight wooden frame.
Within the box were two men, a driver and a warrior. Projecting from the chariot was a long pole
angled upward and attached to a yoke , which was mounted on the horses' backs. At first there were
two horses pulling each chariot, it is believed later on the setup was changed to fit four horses. On
the right side of the chariot, the driver's job was to control the horses and to get the warrior in the
best position to make his attacks. His attacks could be made with a bow and arrow, spear, mace,
sword or dagger, however the bow was normally a prime choice for the average warrior. A typical
warrior riding into battle was in full armor and ready to defend his chariot at all costs. The use of
chariots spread very quickly as their effectiveness was easily recognizable. The Shang of China
adopted the concept of chariots and modified them to fit three men. These three men were made up
of a driver, a warrior and his servant whose role was to replenish his arrows and have weapons ready
for his use at all times. In the Chinese culture, the chariots were used as a way to jump into a new
social class as well. Horses were so rare to own and expensive to acquire that only the few who were
wealthy enough to buy horses were able to be noble

Designing A Mousetrap Powered Device
The purpose of this project is to design and construct a mousetrap powered device that could move a
hacky sack along a rectangular track 2–meters wide x 15–meter long. The device must not be
powered by any outside source. It must be a product of creative and innovative solution with the
application of the fundamentals of engineering. The device must also incorporate the five solution
criteria; novel solution (device must be surprising), effective solution (hacky sack should travel at
least 15 meters), elegant solution (device should be simple and understandable), germinal solution
(opens up new ideas) and lastly the creativity of the device. This project also aims to help develop
the capabilities of each student as a team member in a group work activity.
2 Creativity in Design
The team started the process by doing individual research and drawing a design plan for the most
ideal device to build. We started brainstorming and suggested several ideas of devices, such as, a
three wheel and a four wheel car, a catapult device and a flying mousetrap device. Afterwards we
have come up with several factors to consider in choosing which device to build. These are as
follows;
It is simple and easy to build
Must have enough force to carry the hacky sack for more than 15 meters
The materials needed are cheap and easy to find
The device must be aesthetically pleasing but must remain to provide sufficient functionality
Most of all, must incorporate the five solution criteria

My Experience In College
During my first week as a freshman in college, I was still wondering if I had made the right choice
for myself. Intrigued if the major I had chosen was right for me, I decided to attend a workshop
strictly for product design students. I wanted to meet people in my major and also get a taste of what
I had gotten myself into. On my way to the event, I ran into a girl with short curly hair that seemed
lost and looking for a specific classroom. I asked her if she was a freshman and, relieved, she replied
that she was, wondering if it was my first time in that maze of a building too. The URBN Center is
the building where all the design classes are, and accordingly, it has an intricate system of half floors
that is eye–pleasing yet confusing to get around.
As we walked through the well–lit hallways of the product design floor, the room numbers kept
getting bigger and bigger... room 350... room 352... room 354, and suddenly we hit the end of the
hallway without finding room 362, which was the room we had to get to. With only two minutes left
until the workshop started, I was afraid that I would be late for my first encounter with possibly one
of my future professors. They say first impressions define who you are until you prove yourself
different. I did not want to take any chances with one of my first college professors and, in
particular, one that was going to teach me all about product design. A girl dressed in fancy clothes
saw us walking in circles and asked where we needed to get

Barbie And Her Dream House Or Racing Hot Wheel Cars
Memories of playing with Barbie and her dream house or racing Hot Wheel cars are most often
thought about when reflecting on your childhood. Have you ever stopped to think, where those toys
were made, or if the company making them is ethical? Most consumers do not however the leaders
at Mattel do. Mattel's leaders know they have an ethical and social responsibility to their customers.
Their goal is to produce toys that are not only safe but also made at ethically run production
facilities. Leaders of companies that have an ethical corporate culture, have an easier time making
ethical and socially responsible choices. The leaders are more focused on the effects their actions
have on the stakeholders than on the financial gains.

Mattel believes in the future of children. So much so they started Mattel Children's Foundation in
1978. The basis of the foundation is to "improve the lives of children". (Mattel, Inc, 2016) The
Children's Foundation donates technology for after–school programs, literacy programs as well as
putting a spotlight on health and fitness of children. Mattel believes in ethical and safe business
practices. Out of this belief they created Global Manufacturing Principles (GMP). This code ensured
their facilities did not use child or forced labor, that they created safe and quality products and
protected the local environment. As important as the safe working conditions they wanted to make
sure the facilities were being ran legally and ethically while maintaining local culture and traditions.
Even with all their success came hard times. Mattel wanting to grow the company made some costly
acquisitions when they purchased Tyco Toys in 1997, Pleasant Company and Bluebird Toys PLC in
1998 and lastly the Learning Company in 1999. These purchases cost Mattel over $5 billion, and
they had a loss in revenue of $500 million. The losses continued into the fourth quarter of 1999 with
a reported loss of $184 million. March 2006, one of Mattel's acquisition companies, American Girl
Inc., had to recall about 180,000 pieces of American Girl Children's Jewelry due to toxic levels of
lead paint. (Consumer Product Safety

Autonomous Vehicles
Autonomous Vehicles Google with the help of specially trained scientist and engineers, have come
up with a robot concept car. This autonomous vehicle uses artificial intelligence software. This can
sense anything near and mimic the decisions made by a human driver. With someone behind the
wheel to take control if something goes wrong and a technician in the passenger seat to monitor the
navigation system. Using a funnel like cylinder on the roof contains a camera and a sensor. The
mass production of this car has people to believe that they can transform society as profoundly as
the internet has. The first thought that comes to mind when you think about a car that could drive
itself, is that how safe could it be? You could also ask ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
These buttons would come into place. GPS navigation and Bluetooth capabilities have been
programmed and are accessible. Using the GPS navigation, which allows you to preprogram routes,
makes this easier. Also turn by turn directions can be used. Voice detection can be used by master
controller. The GPS and the sensor are programed to follow speed limits and to stop at traffic lights.
It also can sense when there is a cyclist or pedestrian at a crosswalk. A pleasant voice will announce
"you are approaching a crosswalk" or a stop sign. Making it so, that the driver can't miss anything in
its way. Different personalities from being a cautious driver to an aggressive driver have been
programed. The self–driving car initiative is an example of Google's willingness to gamble on
technology that may not payoff for years. Even the most optimistic predictions put the deployment
of the technology more than eight years away. Working toward making robotic vehicles would
essentially make highways safer and lower the nation's energy costs. Reducing fuel consumption by
eliminating heavy–footed, stop–go drivers could not only save money, but could reduce possible
accidents. But the advent of autonomous vehicles poses thorny legal issues. Under current law, a
human must be in control of a car at all

Persuasive Essay About Bad Driving
My best friend will likely be the death of me, but I still love her. I have known her for three years
and would trust her with anything, or so I thought. Everything changed the moment she got her
license. Suddenly the need for coffee was completely eliminated, and all I had to do was ride to
school with her. Through many close encounters and two accidents so far, I have learned the
definition of a terrible driver. Every ride with her is an adventure involving skipped stop signs,
speeding, and near collisions. She is the reason why many adults believe that teenagers should not
their license because of poor driving. The first thing I do when I get inside her car is buckle my
seatbelt and prepare myself for the journey ahead. The entire time she is behind the wheel, I am on
the edge of my seat checking her speedometer and watching for children and other cars.
Subconsciously, my hands curl around the seat belt and tightly grip it when I notice a sharp turn or
speed bump ahead. I do my best to not make a sound, but I sometimes catch myself mentioning the
turning car ahead. My friend snaps at me and assures me that she knows what she is doing, but I am
not convinced. Only when the car is in park and my shoes touch solid ground, am I able to breathe
normally.
When you are taught to drive, the instructor emphasizes the importance of being aware of your
surroundings and reacting to them. In spite of this being the essence of driving, my friend is
oblivious to everything around

What Are The Devices Used In The Rube Goldberg Machine
Two of the devices in the Rube Goldberg machine are the lever and the wheel & axle. The lever is a
device that reduces the amount of force needed to move an object, or lifting a load (fulcrum, force
and a load). An example of a lever would be a see–saw, a see–saw is a play ground equipment that
resembles a lever. This would be an example because it makes it easier to lift someone up who may
be heavier than an average child. Another example of the lever is a stapler, this is another example
because the staple also has fulcrum, effort and a load. The stapler works as a lever because of the
way it is used, the pivot point is in the back of the stapler, the force is where it is pressured, and the
load would be between the staple section and the

  • 1. Mattel Inc Mattel, Inc: Vendor Operations in Asia 小组成员:葛晔韬、李如妍、陈嘉、黎健兴、马迪 Introduction Mattel is a leading company in the toy industry created in 1945, which owns a number of iconic toys and renowned brands. Mattel differentiate between core and non–core products, manufacturing its core products in–house and outsourcing non–core products. And core products include Barbie, Hot Wheels products, selective Disney and Fisher Price lines, while non–core products tended to be promotional items, or toys with short life cycles. Currently, Mattel wholly owned manufacturing facilities in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mexico, and Italy. It also has a subsidiary–VOA, which manages its outsourced production. In the year 1997, Mattel merged its second ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Maybe this demand may be satisfied by the OVA' vendors in the short–term, but by 2001, the total demand of the tow series will rise 80M, merely below a medium class factory (100M capacity) .So in a long–term vision, it is sensible to build a new plant. The only problem is to select a best location. Relying on VOA's vendors to meet the increasing demand is not sensible. The barrier to entry of VOA's vendors is extreme high ($10M–30M), so I think it makes sense to assume that the capacity of these vendors may remain stable or grow in a stable increase rate in the near future. So the increasing demand would mainly depend on a new plant or capacity expansion of current plants. A possible solution to this case We suggest that Mattel go ahead with the plant in Guangzhou, building a medium class factory (100M capacity) to satisfy the demand in the next 4 years. The Guangzhou location was aligned with Mattel's overall strategy for die–cast cars, it supported Mattel's diversified portfolio of operations, and it remained a cost–competitive option even after the currency shift. There are a few reasons to support this decision: 1. In 1998, Penang is able to boost production to 144M cars(20% annually increase rate), covering most of the Hot Wheels demand(169M). The rest of Hot Wheels cars can be outsourced and then shipped to Penang to be assorted. Bangkok and Shanghai continue to meet the MB demand in 1998 since MB's slightly demand rise. ... • 5. Descriptive Accident We were going down the road and we hear a Bang, Crash, Ting and all of the sudden the truck dies and the lights go out we were so confused and worried. It was a beautiful day, probably about 78 and sunny, at the time I was around the age of 8 but we were going to town to pick up some groceries and parts for his new truck that he had just bought which was a 1992 dodge w250 for some reason I really liked that truck, it had a beautiful sparkly blue paint job on the bottom and a bright but dull grey on the top, it had a diesel engine with the 5.9 cummins, and aftermarket rims and tires. Ever since he bought it, it has been my dream to own it anyhow when we got to the story he told me that I could pick out a toy which was cool because he never bought me toys when we went to the store. I picked out a Ben 10 alien watch that you could pretend to change into different things. When we got out of the grocery store I would say it was about 11am so we went on over to Napa to pick up the parts for his new truck, it needed new ball joints, wheel bearing, leaf springs and a u–joint for the drive shaft, this all sounds like a lot of work, time, and money but it was all pretty simple parts to install. When we were done at Napa picking up all the parts we headed home to bring back the groceries and start installing some of the parts, but of course we had to have a snack first so my dad made us both a ham sandwich with some nacho cheese Doritos and a coca cola. My dad handed me the keys ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 7. Essay on How To Wash A Car How to wash a car There is many different ways to wash a car, but here is the correct way that generally works for the majority of people. Washing a car thoroughly takes five different steps to complete a clean exterior. Step1: Wheels are a good place to start, because the cleaning products for wheels work best on dry surfaces. Spray on the solution as directed by the instructions, and see if the dirt and dust is removed. Use a little more spray in bad areas to help get the wheels completely clean. Try and get all road grime and grease off of the wheels. Use a soft brush to clean cracks and crevices on the wheels, but don't scrub too hard. If you have alloy wheels, make sure that the cleaner is safe for the clear coat that may be on it. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Next fill the bucket with the recommended ratio of water and soap. Using hot water will affect the cars wax so be sure to use cool water. Don't use more soap than the instructions say to use, because more soap removes more wax. If possible use less soap to help save your car. Step4: Since there's more dirt on a car's sides and panels, use two plans. First, work from top to bottom of the car. Secondly, switch to a separate mitt or towel when getting to the bottom of the car, where there are dirtier areas. Switching to different mitts or towels keeps scratches to a minimum that is why it is important to do so. Thoroughly wet down the section of the car about to be washed, and dunk the cleaning mitt or soft cotton towel into the soap bucket. Wipe gently cleaning the roof, hood, and trunk of the car. Make sure to dunk the mitt or towel frequently, and shake it in the soap bucket to let the grime wash out. Rinse each surface after it's been washed by lightly misting it off with the hose. Rinsing as you finish washing is very important. Don't wash a section and then leave it to wash another section this is very bad practice. The dirty soap can dry on the surface of the car, and then you're back where you started! Step5: Dry the surfaces of the car in the same order that you washed them. Move the towels around gently not to scratch anything. Take a clean cotton towel or chamois and lay it on the surface to blot up the water. Switch ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 9. Driving And Driving Substances : The Dangers Of Driving I've learned that driving under the influence of any substance is very dangerous. Not only to myself, but to the people around me. Many lives have been lost due to people taking/drinking things that have messed with their state of mind, and have gotten behind the wheel. Doing this will affect my present and future, and I'm well aware of this. Alcohol will change my mental judgement for example, I may think that I am driving normally when truly I am not. Eventually the police may take notice and I could be charged with a DUI/DWI, but this is the best case scenario. In another I could have injured myself or taken an innocents person's life. That's why being responsible and always being aware of what you're doing is so important. You never know what could end up happening, and these kind of stuff will stay on my record. So in the future one bad mistake could end up ruining the rest of my life. Using these kind of substances (like drugs) is no way to go, because not only do you become addicted but you also stop being who you are. The need for the substance overcomes everything else and that at the end becomes your priority, instead of the things that actually matter in life. Not only does it do that but it can also kill you. After using any kind of substance the substance controls you, you no longer control it. So when you take it you're not aware of your surroundings, it messes with your brain and in most cases damages it. This is why drugs are truly bad and that's why you should stay away from them, and any paths that could lead you into it. Alcohol is just as bad as drugs. Many think it is a way to loosen up and have fun, but do not know how to limit themselves to how much they drink when doing so. When you are of age there are many ways to drink safe and not abuse of alcohol to where you are always sloshed and do not know what's happening. • 11. Personal Narrative : The Experience Of Driving The roads were icy. I stared out of the car window as my mother drove me to the DMV. I was blinded by the glistening, white snow that formed a blanket over the quickly passing horizon. Once we arrived, someone came over right away to administer my test. I was asked a few questions about my car and how it worked. I was able to produce the answers with ease. The driving portion was brief. I was behind the wheel for a maximum of ten minutes. I passed the test. In that moment, I was overcome with a feeling of relief. I thought I was invincible; freedom was finally mine. (1) I took any excuse I could be out exercising my newfound freedom the next few days. I could drive where I wanted, whenever I wanted, with whoever I wanted. I drove everywhere. I could stay out as late as I wanted. I did not have to rely on my parents anymore for rides, waiting for them, fifteen minutes late because they had other places to be. I began to become overconfident in my driving abilities; nonetheless, independence can be lost just as quickly as it is gained. (2) Three days after I obtained my license, my mother asked me to drive her car to take my younger sister, Ali, to the store. I decided to pick up my best friend, Sophia, because I did not want my first passenger to solely be my annoying, eleven–year–old sister. On my way to the store, I was confident I knew the directions; however, along the way, I made a wrong turn and was lost. My heart was racing. I had spent my years in the passenger seat ... Some say it's your average car guy that likes to stare at cars and talk about cars all day long, but there's much more too it. See, you can't be the average person to be a car enthusiast. The average person may see an old car at a junkyard and just think well, it's just another piece of junk. Too a car enthusiast he sees a piece of art. He or she witnesses something they can build and make into something truly special. Sunday mornings, with the sun shining through your garage window, as sweat drips down your face and gets into your eyes. Grease on your hands, spending time with your'e car and what your making it become. That's what a car enthusiast fenes for. Spending time with your pops, problem solving, working hard together and bonding. Or maybe you're with some of your buddies who are also into cars. Teaming up too break nuts loose, or putting the car back together to witness the end result of what you all accomplished. It's all an art form, and to the average person it just sounds like hard work, and they're right it is. Therefore for us car guys, it's something much more than that. I wanted to get this over with, I wanted to finish this chemistry exam and get it done with. This was my exam the final material that was being marked and it was weight thirty percent of my mark. This test can make a huge impact on my overall mark. I studied very hard throughout the week but I still felt like I wasn't prepared. This test seemed almost impossible; it was almost like that one moment when I was young. Two wheels seemed impossible to me back then. I dont want to ride my bike anymore, I don't have to learn how to use my bike. I'm scared, what if I sprain my ankle again. I remember these thoughts rushing in my head when I was young. It was summer break and all the kids in my apartment where outside playing. I remember wanting to go outside to play, but I saw kids outside using bikes. I was very subconsious of riding my bike since I wasn't able to use it without training wheels. At the time I thought they we think I was a baby because I didn't know how to ride my bike on two wheels. Even though I was nervous I didn't want to be the one by himself with no bike, so i decided to go outside with my bike on training wheels. As soon as I came outside and biked my way to the kids. • 17. Personal Narrative: Growing Up With An Engine Growing up in the United States I had an instant love for cars and anything with an engine. I have had these interests since a very young age. The kind of things I grew up around have a lot to do with why I have such an addiction for speed and adrenaline. Ever since I was a little boy racing has been a part of me. I love the competitiveness of it and the adrenaline that I get every time I pull up to the staging line; I really just love everything about it. I have always loved the smell of burnt race gas and the sound of a built big–block screaming down the track. It has a fully forge3d blueprinted 482 cubic inch Chevrolet big block with a huge custom grind cam shaft and two stages of nitrous on it capable of producing around 1200 hp. Even when he used to take me out in it as a kid he would turn off the bottle but yet on motor alone this car makes a little over 900 hp. To put that into perspective that's like 9 of your Honda civics. The power is delivered to the ground via a 2–speed power–glide transmission. It has a full back halved 4–link suspension set up with a narrowed 12" rear end with 4:56 gears. The tires for the back are literally so big we had to custom make the wheel wells in the bed fit around them and had to fabricate all of that. This is where my love of cars and racing comes from. But it is so much more than that. It is a huge part of peoples lives, some people like sports, the others like to race cars. It is a part of some people and their whole culture and life. Go to any race track on a race night and look around at the people the racers and their excited family supporting them; it is just a sense of home to me that some people may never understand. • 23. Descriptive Essay On Driving Riding with my older sister, Alex, when she first started driving was terrifying. The car swerved and jerked as she sped down the highway. Sitting in the backseat, my eyes were constantly wide with fear, and I often found myself gripping the handle on the door until my knuckles turned white. Whenever a car approached, my heart began to beat rapidly out of fear that she would hit it. However when my other sister, Emily, started driving, I enjoyed riding with her. She drove the speed limit and rarely swerved out of the lines. I could calmly sit in the backseat with my hands lying in my lap, my heart at ease. It is amazing how two sister who went to the same driving class with the same instructor could have such different parking skills, levels of distraction, and driving styles. Emily is by far a better driver than Alex. One way Emily and Alex are different drivers are their parking skills. Alex hastily parks, but Emily slowly and precisely parks. For example, Alex hurriedly pulls into the biggest parking spot available, frequently parking crookedly and taking up two spots. However, Emily carefully maneuvers her car into parking spots and will pull in and out to ensure she is within the lines. Whenever Alex, Emily, and I went to highschool football games, we usually arrived late and most parking spots had already been taken. Alex drove down countless blocks scanning the streets for the largest and easiest spot to park in town; she always chose to walk four or five blocks in blistering cold to get to the game rather than attempting to parallel park. On the other hand, Emily always tried finding the spot closest to the football field even if it meant squeezing into a tight spot or parallel parking. In addition to parking differently, Alex and Emily are also opposites when it comes to distracted driving. Alex is a distracted driver, but Emily is not. Whenever Alex drives, she is always multitasking, fixing her makeup, eating, and messing with the radio. However, Emily only wants to focus on the road when she is behind the wheel. For example, Alex did not like taking the time to sit down and eat breakfast at home before school. Instead, she ate her breakfast while she was driving, bringing her full smoothie cup ... Look under the car to find your oil reservoir, use the socket wrench to remove the nut. Before you do this, you should have an oil pan ready to keep the dirty oil. After you unscrew the nut, you should see a stream of motor oil draining out of the oil tank. Allow this process to occur for 5–10 minutes and make sure the oil is going into the oil pan. If you received a flat tire while driving down the road; first thing to do is to get away from oncoming traffic; at that time, find a place that is well lit, such as a parking lot. Keep in mind the farther you drive on a flat tire, the more damage you will incur to the tire and wheel. Secondly, set the parking brake so that the car does not roll away while the car is off the ground. Then, you have to locate your spare tire, which will replace the flat tire; that is usually in a compartment inside the trunk. Next, to get the wheel off the car, you have to raise the corner of the car where the flat is located. Therefore, you will raise the jack so that it almost touches the car. Once the jack is raised enough to just touch the car; position the jack so that it is not tilted; furthermore, make sure the jack is 6 – 12 inches behind the front or rear of the tire. When you are sure the jack is in position correctly; proceed by raising the jack, so that the car will rise off the ground. • 40. Should The Legal Age Of Driving Be Twenty? Should the legal age of driving be sixteen? No, I don't believe that a sixteen–year–old needs a license. I believe that the minimum age should be seventeen and that a teen still shouldn't be able to drive after eight at night. There are more wrecks with injuries or even deaths that involve teens than that of non–teens. The reason that I believe that it is correct is because that you constantly are hearing that there has been a wreck and more often than not it is involving a teen driver. Sometimes it's because the teen was reaching for something, talking on the phone, distracted by someone in the car, or drunk driving. In 2015, AAA released a report into the causes of teen crashes and the report is as follows: "interacting with one or more passengers at 15 percent, cell phone use at 12 percent, looking at something in the vehicle, 10 percent, looking at something outside the vehicle, 9 percent, singing/moving to music 8 percent, grooming 6 percent, and reaching for an object 6 percent." Teen driving has drastically improved since the seventies. But is it really enough of an improvement to let a teen behind the wheel? I don't think so, in the seventies, there weren't as many distractions as there is now. Back then teens were held to a higher accountability than they are now. Kids nowadays get behind the wheel with no other thought or regard to others. They just know that they can come and go as they please. Not all parents are as strict with their kids as they were ... While most wheels consisted of four pieces of wood bent into V's the Egyptians developed the six V wheels. This was not as strong but was faster and lighter. Which proved to be more efficient in the sandy lands. While the chariots were not in used the wheels were removed because the weight of the chariot would bend them into ovals. Landing your vehicle wrong will cause you to start over and perhaps lose the race. Note that there is also a rating system: if it's already difficult to finish a race, obtaining a three–star rating is much more arduous. There is a steep learning curve and a lot to get used to, but after a few games, you will be able to seamlessly control your car. They will always take up more than one space just so that no one ever mess up their paint jobs. Even when parking on a sidewalk, they try to stay away from the curb so they don't scratch the rims that they have. I have an issue with my car being too low and always either scraping the bottom of my car or even my rims. Finally, they always have a trend of giving people dirty looks. At first there were two horses pulling each chariot, it is believed later on the setup was changed to fit four horses. On the right side of the chariot, the driver's job was to control the horses and to get the warrior in the best position to make his attacks. His attacks could be made with a bow and arrow, spear, mace, sword or dagger, however the bow was normally a prime choice for the average warrior. A typical warrior riding into battle was in full armor and ready to defend his chariot at all costs. The use of chariots spread very quickly as their effectiveness was easily recognizable.
