- Coordinate with Petroleum, Facility, and Production Engineers to ensure projects are
timely.
- Deal with and manage third party construction companies for various projects.
- Negotiate damage settlements.
- Draft ROWs, Surface Use Agreements, and settlements dealing with Encroachments, etc.
- Serve as a mediator between the farmers and ranchers that make a living off of the
surface, and the oil and gas company/s that operate on and beneath it.
- Work diligently with Chevron’s, and third party attorneys to ensure proper
documentation takes place in all negotiations.
- Negotiate with third party vendors in relation to pricing.
- Consult as to environmental remediation strategies, and decide proper plants with good
characteristics for each area.
