Reports directly to President. Currently responsible for all Engineering for Linc’s Gulf Coast, Wyoming and
Alaska properties. Also responsible for Marketing and shared responsibilities for regulatory and safety, health
and environmental departments. Prior duties as Production Manager included field operations, workovers,
reservoir engineering, production engineering and completion engineering. Managed 45 company and
contract gaugers and 8 professional in 12 fields. As Production Manager I increased production up to
5,000 BOPD and reduced operating expenses below $15/Bbl. Current production is 2000 BOPD, 1.0
MMcf/d and 22,000 BWPD.
Company currently in Chapter 11 proceedings. Prepared reserve report, assisted in preparing presentation
book and made presentations to 13 potential bidders for the 363 asset sale process.
ERSKINE ENERGY, LLC/TECPETROL CORPORATION 2004-2013

Report directly to Country Manager. Responsible for all operational staff including new well completions,
workovers, production operations, regulatory, production reporting and HSE. Have shared responsibility
of the drilling department with our headquarters in Argentina. Coordinate Business Development process
in US. Manage a staff of eleven including six professionals, two analyst and three field personnel.
Production Manager (2010-2012)
Manage all operational professionals, excluding drilling. Also regulatory and production reporting staff.
Responsible for new well completions, workovers and production operations. Manage a staff of seven
including three professionals, two analyst and three field personnel. Current production 26 is MMcf/d,
1200 BOPD and 1300 BNGLPD.
Vice President – Asset Management and Marketing (2004-2010)
Manage all technical professionals, regulatory and production reporting staff. Responsible for all aspects
of asset management including drilling well selections, portfolio management, reserves as well as
marketing responsibilities for Erskine’s oil and gas commodities.

Vice President – Business Development, (2003-2004)
Managed staff of 25 professionals in the divestiture, acquisition, exploitation and other business development
responsibilities worldwide for the E&P business unit reporting to Sr. Vice President of Land and Business
Development.
• Initiated and/or completed over $500 MM worth of acquisitions and divestitures since August of 2003. This
included selecting advisors, assembling data rooms and negotiating sales agreements.
• Canadian properties divested for a reserve acquisition cost of $3.00/Mcfe on proved reserves.
• Administered $350 MM program to raise outside capital for the 2003-2004 domestic drilling program.
• Coordinated new venture opportunities in Mexico and Turkey
Vice President – Gulf Coast Wilcox & N. Louisiana, (2003)
Managed staff of 30 responsible for development and exploitation of Gulf Coast Wilcox trend of Texas and North
Louisiana reporting to Chief Operating Officer.
• Oversaw capital budget of $165 MM and an average production rate of 210 MMcfe/d.
• Reviewed and recommended drilling of 55 wells including the deepest productive well in Lavaca County that
initially produced over 40 MMcfe/d.
Vice President – Mexico New Ventures, (2001-2003)
Opened new business opportunity to participate in Mexico’s upstream industry reporting to Sr. Vice President of
Operations. Formed a multidisciplinary team across the company to evaluate and build this opportunity.
Strategically positioned El Paso to be awarded multiple blocks in the first bid round in Mexico.
• Established contacts and built long term relationship with senior management of Pemex including participation
in technical conferences and subcommittees in Mexico.
• Negotiated on terms of the Multiple Services Contract (MSC) with Pemex to effect the required changes to
make the MSC profitable.
• Selected Repsol YPF as a strategic partner and negotiated participation agreement for bidding on first round of
the MSC in the Burgos basin.
Vice President – Rocky Mountain District, (1999-2001)
Managed district of 150 people in the development, completion and reservoir engineering of properties in Uinta and
Piceance basins of Utah and Colorado reporting to Sr. Vice President of Operations.
• Commercialized a new trend in the Natural Buttes field and booked over 200 Bcfe.
• Established initiatives and built trust with Native American Indians, government agencies and public in an
extremely environmentally sensitive area allowing the drilling of over 400 wells in less than 2 years.
• Proposed and received approval for the first ever drilling of wells in an active flood plain which resulted in
drilling an additional 104 wells.
• Reduced operating expenses by over 15% and completion costs by 20%.
Technical Manager – South Texas District, (1997-1999)
Managed four technical teams consisting of engineers, geologists and geophysicists responsible for development of
12 active fields consisting of 350 producing wells reporting to Vice President of South Texas District.
• Recommended and received approval for over 80 wells with a capital budget of $300 MM.

• Redeveloped and expanded Jeffress field and added over 350 Bcfe of proved reserves using newly acquired 3D
seismic and extensive knowledge of the area and reservoir.
• Participated in the drilling of a new discovery well in Monte Christo field which ultimately booked over 600
Bcfe.
Technical Manager – Central District, (1993-1997)
Responsible for 200 company operated, 4,300 joint interest and 1,200 ORRI wells both onshore and offshore
producing over 55 MMcfe/d and 2,000 B/D net to the company and managed eight technical and support staff
reporting to Sr. Vice President of Central District and Joint Interest Operations department.
• Participated in developing the newly discovered Pinnacle reef trend in East Texas.
• Evaluated partner AFE’s, recommended company participation, prepared packages for Management approval
and proposed drilling well packages to partners.
• Supervised production and economic database for 5,700 wells.
Senior Reservoir Engineer, (1988-1993)
Responsible for corporation’s annual reserve determination and SEC reporting; evaluated potential acquisitions and
sales; performed reserve studies on major properties; network supervisor for the department; evaluated engineering
and economic software; supervised one petroleum engineer and one system analyst.
• Evaluated successful acquisition of Argentina property for $144 MM.
• Instrumental in the divestiture of company’s properties in Roaring Fork Field for $75 MM.
