 Temporarily filled position of the Production Manager while that position was vacated due to medical reasons.
 Did this in addition to my regular job.
 This added three supervisors and approximately 120 employees under my responsibility for this period.
 It involved scheduling of machines, safety programs, meeting production requirements, employee problems, and dealing
directly with the corporate production planning department.
 It also involved interacting with the Quality control manager with CRS reports and other details.
 Production efficiencies and lateral cooperation that I created at that time are still being held as the benchmark for that
position.
