The document contains data from pre- and post-tests on students' numeracy skills. The pre-test showed that 18.46% of students were non-numerate, 52.33% were nearly numerate, and 29.21% were numerate. The post-test after programs found those percentages reduced to 6.96%, 47.72%, and 45.33%, respectively, showing an increase in numerate students. It then outlines five programs aimed at improving numeracy: Project PAMANA worked with parents on games, flashcards, and manipulatives; Project PLAY used interactive apps, online platforms, and videos; and OPLAN GIFTS provided incentives to students.
