selected vendor which integrated all systems into web based SAAS with an annual savings of
$340,000.
 Standardized all associate performance/coaching-related forms, assuring legal compliance
resulting in a reduction in performance related turnover and where separation was necessary a
40% reduction of unemployment payments.
 Developed and implemented company Succession Planning program that developed a defined
career path for over 70 associates and managers.
