The Situation:
• Large call center populations
• High risk and high incident rates
• High interest in being better able to prioritize; high interest in
determining risk
• Performance expectations of the call centers caused logistical
challenges for software rollout
• Many employees with work restrictions; no good solution in place to
manage these employees

The Solution:
• Strategic rollout meets the logistical needs of Health Net
• All Specific automated communication are copied to supervisors
• Employees with Work Restrictions receive Work Pattern Optimization
Tool
• On-line training can be tracked and assist with workers’ comp cases
The Results:
• Remedy Interactive is adaptable to customer's processes
• Success with the staged rollout led Health Net to expand
use of the OES to the entire enterprise
• The last stage of rollout was to all employees and this year
participation is mandatory
• 41% Reduction in high risk population in first four months
• 67% Reduction in high risk population in about 18 months
• To date -- 86% of employees are participants
