â—ŹPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: To co-ordinate all daily activities with regards to
equipment and personal movement in the field in accordance with the Q&HSE
procedures. To provide project support to the Project Manager, Cementing operational
personnel move, Truck – pickups papers validity. To ensure that the requirements of the
client are met with regards to Equipment and the Operation.


â—ŹMAIN ROLES: The role includes the overall responsibility for the Cementing
Mobilization and Demobilization activities on a day to day basis, which include but are
not limited to the following activities:

â—ŹEstablish and maintain regular communication with the Weatherford Operations
Manager, Field supervisors. Providing feedback and regular mobilization advise to all
parties concerned.
â—ŹEvaluate, prepare and assist with the day to day operational activities, whilst
coordinating all equipment paperwork requirements with the Operations Manager and
Operations Supervisors.
●Provide overall equipment and personal responsibility for Weatherford’s cementing
operation with assistance / support from the Project Manager and Operations
Supervisors
●Provide overall Q&HSE responsibility for Weatherford’s activities in the Base & field
ensuring full compliance to equipment and personal with the assistance from the QHSE
reps.
â—ŹDaily operational focal point for all equipment and personal Mobilization activities and
issues relating to Truck & pickups rental.
â—ŹConduct daily meetings to discuss the current QHSE issues along with the daily
operational activities. Allocate daily personal driving from the base to the field.
â—ŹEnsure that all Mobilization & Demobilization activities are recorded and filed in the
Weatherford Work Order format. (Load Out Manifest & Load Back Manifest LOM/LBM)
●Provide a summary of completed and ongoing Work Order’s on a weekly basis and to
provide a look ahead of base operations.
â—ŹProvide a comprehensive weekly forecast of Mobilization & Demobilization.

plan how they approach their work;
â—Ź meeting company directors who advise on strategy, and finding out
about any local issues and future trends;
â—Ź overseeing the recruitment, selection and retention of staff, payroll
matters, and staff training;
â—Ź organizing incentives, bonus schemes and competitions;
â—Ź communicating with sales consultants and providing encouragement,
Help and advice;
â—Źdealing with disciplinary matters and customer complain

  • 4. â—ŹPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: To co-ordinate all daily activities with regards to equipment and personal movement in the field in accordance with the Q&HSE procedures. To provide project support to the Project Manager, Cementing operational personnel move, Truck – pickups papers validity. To ensure that the requirements of the client are met with regards to Equipment and the Operation. â—ŹMAIN ROLES: The role includes the overall responsibility for the Cementing Mobilization and Demobilization activities on a day to day basis, which include but are not limited to the following activities: â—ŹEstablish and maintain regular communication with the Weatherford Operations Manager, Field supervisors. Providing feedback and regular mobilization advise to all parties concerned. â—ŹEvaluate, prepare and assist with the day to day operational activities, whilst coordinating all equipment paperwork requirements with the Operations Manager and Operations Supervisors. â—ŹProvide overall equipment and personal responsibility for Weatherford’s cementing operation with assistance / support from the Project Manager and Operations Supervisors â—ŹProvide overall Q&HSE responsibility for Weatherford’s activities in the Base & field ensuring full compliance to equipment and personal with the assistance from the QHSE reps. â—ŹDaily operational focal point for all equipment and personal Mobilization activities and issues relating to Truck & pickups rental. â—ŹConduct daily meetings to discuss the current QHSE issues along with the daily operational activities. Allocate daily personal driving from the base to the field. â—ŹEnsure that all Mobilization & Demobilization activities are recorded and filed in the Weatherford Work Order format. (Load Out Manifest & Load Back Manifest LOM/LBM) â—ŹProvide a summary of completed and ongoing Work Order’s on a weekly basis and to provide a look ahead of base operations. â—ŹProvide a comprehensive weekly forecast of Mobilization & Demobilization.
