My name is Đặng Võ Kim Hiếu, I’m 18 years old. I’m studying International Business
Management at KeuKa College. In the future, I would like to become a Restaurant Manager. To
make it come true, now, I need to try my best to improve skills that need for this job such as
communication, leading people or organize. I can learn these skills at school or from my life.
I was studying first year of my college, that mean I will have a lot of time to practice and
improve my necessary skills to apply for a job that I dream to. On my free time days, I usually
join the English club at my school to improve my English skill. Sometime, I also participate in
some social club such as Communication, Manager Experience, Red Cross and Team Building. I
think it would very helpful for my future. Learning from previous generations is also a good way
to get some valuable experience too. They can give us some advices and maybe some cheat to do
the work in the easily way. Furthermore, I want to find a part-time job which related to my
dream job to gain the experience. When I was a kid, I can make friend so easy and always have a
good relationship with them. Thus, I think I have a good communication skill and I just need
more practice to improve this skill in the positive way. To have a opportunity for a dream job,
from now, I must to try my best to study to finish my college with the high grade (about 3.0-3.5
GPA) and get the IELTS 6.5. “The more you study, the more you have a opportunity to success”,
that why I want to continue study when I graduate the college. I think I would study the third

2. language such as French, Chinese or Italian, I hope it will useful for my job. The last goal I have
to do is become a billionaire when I turned 35 I take care my family, especially my parents. I
will buy a villa so that I can start the party on it and buy for my parents a car. I think I can do all
these things because Steve Job used to say:” stay hungry, stay foolish”. Because only adventure,
dreams, and staying true to your passion, can true success and satisfaction.
After studying First Year Experience class, I gain a lot of skills and experiences from the
teacher-Mrs Mary Saracino. The purpose of this course is to help me become a more effective
student. In this course, I can identify my future, my life goal. Moreover, I can aware what I need
to do and how to do this effectively.
