I have enclosed this cover letter and my resume for your consideration. I finished the studies of
Diploma of Economics and Business (GPA: 4) and doing the final year (Marketing, International
Business and Community Service) at Macquarie University in Sydney.
I believed that my previous job experience will lead me to perform this job well. As I worked in a
retail shop-G2000, which is the famous brand in Hong Kong. From this job experience, I have
enhanced my customer service skills and problem-solving skills, and I have a good relationship with

ultimate goal in a marketing job.
I came from Hong Kong and Cantonese is my mother tone. Speaking English and Mandurian fluently
lifted up my confidence to communicate comfortably with different nationality guests. I am a kind,
positive and active person. I like sharing my experiences and listening other people’s story as well.
Moreover, I am the elder sister in my family, so I like caring other people like my younger sister and
brother. Listening to my parents’ sharing their work life is the way I learnt to not do the wrong things
the second time.
Apart from academic work, I was a captain of the school sports team during my high school life, a
role in which I had to lead my teammates and I have to encourage people to attain the lessons and
practice well. I have enhanced my team-working and leadership skills which help me in handling
accidents. In university, my role is to pop-up the creative ideas or combine all of my teammates’
ideas, creativity is of utmost importance in market place. Otherwise, the company will keep
following the market trend and became a part of the dead-end market-red ocean market. Innovation
and creativity are the method to stand out in the market place, which called blue ocean strategy.
Throughout my time at university, I have strived to show academic consistency and I have worked
hard to develop my research skills as well as my writing and analytical skills. I believe that I have the
qualities, academic background and most importantly, the passion towards hospitality which enables
me to perform well in my future career.
