 Easily adapt to change (e.g. environment,
working condition, etc.);
 Push myself forward, “practice makes perfect”;
 Act more, speak less – “make it happen”;

• Plan to:
 Be acquainted with working in professional style;
 Gain in-depth major (marketing), polish soft-skills;
 Expand current network;
 Take a chance to improve foreign languages
(French, English);
 Expect to be promoted to manager level – a
middle manager.

start-ups.
• Plan to:
 Serve as a Director – a top manager;
 Serve as a “captain” to lead the firm go ahead;
 Gain leadership skill, entrepreneurial mindset;
 Take a chance to visit some countries,
“traveling forms a young man”;
 Challenge myself through risk, tough condition,
harsh environment (e.g. economy’s un-stability,
lack of capital source, unemployment, etc.).
