Behavior. He has lived and worked in various
countries throughout the world.

Program Overview:
This program serves as the foundational program and covers the
fundamental sales process. Starting with RAPPORT BUILDING,
INTERVIEWING, SOLVING, OBTAINING A COMMITMENT and FOLLOW-
UP.
As is the case in ALL of our programs, this program is delivered
Mondays with an INSTRUCTIONAL video of 15 minutes or less, followed
on Wednesday with an IMPLEMENTATIONAL video and worksheet. On
Fridays, each person receives a “Check-in” form via e-mail to
determine if the material was understood and to give the opportunity
for questions and comments.

Length of Program: 8 Weeks

One of the greatest causes for lost sales opportunities is nonexistent or
ineffective follow-up activities, also known as pursuit activities. This is the
pursuit of prospects that have already engaged with a sales person, have been
identified as able buyers, but were not YET ready to commit.
In that too many salespeople see pursuit as ineffective and a waste of time, in
this program we present a very strong argument that pursuit activities are
actually significantly more productive than working with brand new prospects.
We will teach your salespeople how to not only be more committed to pursuit
activities, but also how to implement an effective and efficient pursuit STRATEGY
with each and every prospect.

Where our Micro Seminars are designed to be instructional and educational, Micro
TIPS are inspirational and motivational in nature. These short 3-5 minute videos are
sent out FREE to anyone who signs up for them, twice per month on Monday morning.
Between what our salespeople watch on television, read in print, or just as part of the
nature of their job, they are exposed to a lot of negative input. A sales person that
closes 20% of all of their prospects, still has to deal with a “rejection rate” of 80%. That
means that 80% of the time they are unsuccessful.
That said, truly effective sales people still manage to rebound quickly and move on to
the next prospect with enthusiasm. That skill alone makes them unique in every sense
of the word. Our intent with Micro TIPS is to provide a positive, motivational and
inspirational message every other Monday with the idea that this will start their week
on a highly positive note.
