The 'Impression Management for Leaders' program helps professionals improve self-awareness and manage their impressions to foster better business relationships. Participants will learn key leadership perception factors, develop personalized plans, and gain practical skills to enhance their leadership effectiveness. The program is scheduled on multiple dates in 2015 at the Pyramid Club, costing $1175, and is led by Karen Kaufman, an expert in impression and relationship management.

In the Impression Management for Leaders program, professionals acquire a better
understanding of themselves and their impact on others. This self-awareness allows
individuals to more proactively and effectively manage their impressions and develop
empowered relationships. These skills add to professional competence.
This program is designed for individuals who have been identified as key organizational
talent. In a small group setting, participants will present themselves on camera and learn
how they are perceived by others in a first impression. The participants will be introduced
to the Kaufman Impression Management System™
which identifies and organizes
key impression factors that support a leadership role. Each participant will create an
individualized plan to leverage their impression assets and address their impression needs.
