skilled labour recruitment from mostly African countries and elsewhere in the
world that is to say Philippines ,india,Pakistan,Nepal,Italy,usa,asia,Europeas a
whole if necessary.
Our company is majorly based on skilled people where this is all based on their
educational and behavioral background .weprovides a true servicefor a perfect
customer. We majorly interview different people and recommend them for
different kinds of jobs in differentcompanies who are clients. For example most
our clients are hired in construction companies and repair companies. Mostof our
skilled labours are hired also in other companies someof our clients include;

HOW WE OPERATEWITH OUR CLIENTS
 We meet our clients and they state their company recruitment schemes
with their requirements for the expected employees that they are willing to
recruit in that particular quarter .after they state out their education
background, nationality, language spoken, skills needed with the
experiences in the specific kinds of jobs .how long they take to recruitand
to state their expected visa issueduration for the new recruits. The
company has to mention the basic salary and salary benefits like housing
rent and transport.
 We have a major new offer for our new clients for whatever the number of
their first recruitment we DON’TCHARGE ANYTHING so it’s a FREE
recruitment. After the company is satisfied with our workers themwecan
discuss the fee per group of people and according to the positions they are
occupying for example housekeeping, customerservices, sales, higher
management positions.
 We can recruit fromwithin UAE or outside UAE it depends on the
company’s recruitmentscheme and what is easier for the company, wecan
also carry outinterviews for the company and justprovidec.vs to the
company so that to providethe visas. Wecan make the firstinterviews and
send the workers for a second interview in the company to choosethe
perfect personality, behavior, altitude to satisfy the companies, desires.
 We can also providevisit visas to different workers so that they can come
and do the interviews for specific kinds of jobs if needed by the company
for the recruitment.
 If u are recruiting the second quarter for low skilled labour like
housekeeping and cleaners we charge as low as 200 dlhs per person who
we can discuss morewith company.
 For now our company has only two kinds of investors that own percentages
of the company and we are looking for more investors in the nearby future
for the growth our company.
 We have a new offer our company pays also for the visa of the employs you
choosefromour side it depends how much the company demands and how
we can afford to pay but usually we pay 10%of thetotal visa fee. But we
can discuss thatin details.
