This document summarizes a workshop on mapping information landscapes and managing change in libraries. The workshop consisted of an introduction to mapping, an overview of the Bibliotek i Endring (Library in Change) project, and a practical mapping exercise using Ketso. Ketso is a tool that allows groups to collectively create visual maps to represent concepts and ideas. The workshop discussed how mapping can promote reflection and learning. It emphasized understanding library practices within their unique information landscape contexts and considering resources, influencers, and barriers to innovation. Participants used Ketso to map aspects of library practice needing improvement, available assets, and blocks to change, as well as potential "positive disruptions" that could address blocks to innovation.
